Im running a Fuwei 1500 commercial machine and I have a laptop running on a 64 GB ram and wacom tablet and Hatch 2 digitizing software. I am looking at getting a hooping system soon so my shirts are spot on. My price point was in the thousands to get started. No included the furniture that I had to place my business software on. I spent about 10k dollars+ not including the stuff to use in the embroidery aka stabilizer and thread thats on going. Hehe ppl think its easy to get started.

Ro, how much do you think you can make $$$ yearly with one machine? Also, how do you start the marketing process? Door to door , Facebook ? Thank you in advance!
@@RomeroThreads I have a follow up question. Would you consider buying a UPS a major expense for this machine. Perhaps for you in the USA power interruptions and fluctuations might not be an issue, but it is in my location. Can you recommend UPS specification for a machine like that. I intend to buy a SWD-1501-8S, the servo motor is 160watts
Ok you're funny. You can use a PC or MAC computer but it would depend what digitizing software is compatible. Also the Adobe suite is compatible with both PC and MAC. You wasted your money. You can just get a PC with 32 gigs of ram and a CPU with 8 cores, with a 1TB SSD drive, that's all you need. Now for storage you can get an external 2TB SSD. If you want you can build a desktop PC and use this as well. For the Adobe suite you need to setup correctly for video editing or else it will not run smoothly. MAC users should use final cut pro since it's native to macs operating software.
Ive been using Adobe products since 98 so Im well familiar with the setup. Im a Mac user, and I use the PC for only one reason, and thats to run My digitizing software Wilcom 4.5 and Hatch 2.
todas las companias es lo mismo le encenan las maravillas de la maquina pero nunca explican la parte de la digitalizacion de las imagenes para que la maquina trabaje correctamente.
Which version of Wilcom are you using im debating between the design decorating and lettering I’m not sure which one to pick. I want the best of them. I’m embarking in embroidery journey just purchased my machines and now I’m waiting on it and been watching your videos while I wait.
Question do the send you a disk and drive or is it digital purchase. I’m trying to decide when to buy one since I’m waiting on my machine. Is everything online or it’s a CD/usb drive. If you don’t mind me asking which company did you go with. What are the limitations with hatch and is wilcom learning curve hard. Do you have any information on learning digitizing for either or both softwares.
When I ordered my software, I called Wilcom directly and spoke w/ Theresa Pierre, and she was very helpful. Once you order, they mail you a usb to install the program and a usb key to use the software everyday.

Where I can get the 112 hats?
Sanmar or SSactivewear

Pretty pricey, you might have to get four.
