Host: What did you start out with? Owner: "Just the will." This is more important than everything else. Starting a business takes grit, patience and perseverance. Congrats Artem!
We 'fell' into this industry some years ago, starting with a Bernina sewing machine with an embroidery kit. We're still a part time home business with word of mouth marketing only, but we now have 2 commercial single head embroidery machines, 2 vinyl cutters, heat press machines and a solvent print and cut machine. And like the gentle man being interviewed, not much spare time! Great interview.

@@UpFlip It's one of those tricky things where my wife and I both work and given the crazy world we live in right now the risk to jump into this full time would be a little too much. Much respect for every single person interviewed on your channel. And you, yourself! 👏
This is a straight no bull interview.
This channel gives free game!!! Much appreciated, UpFlip!!
Hey Jaime! We appreciate you!
Really appreciate the transparency of the business owner. Great content here!
Thank you eric. This business owner was very transparent. 😀👍 We're so glad you are enjoying the content. What type of business would you like to see feature on the channel next?
Bravooooo! Thank you for sharing valuable information. It’s nice to see businesses getting into every aspect of their business to process their talent with quality. One stop shops are truly into what is done and how it’s done. Amazing to see this business in action!!
Such a great episode! I've watched may shop tours and this one is certainly one of the best. Great questions and openness from the shop owner.
Hey Justin. Wow! We really appreciate that. Thanks so much for watching and your feedback. 😊 Are you a business owner or looking to start a screen printing business?
Hello Upflip . My name is Andrews from Ghana. I always find your program to be inspiring. Please will like to see you Guys interview Artist Painters as well . Thank you 😀🙏
Artem I bought your laser 2 months ago fixed it up and making money thanks man
Hi, can you link where you buy it? Thank you very much.
That's awesome, Max! Congratulations!!!
Thank you for this. Very informative. I see why he is successful...not greedy with his knowledge and experience
thank you for your kind words
I hear him on the doubling to hire more... my sublimation business took off quickly, and for the first few years I did it all. Hired my mom when she retired last year, and added a laser... then hired another woman this year. I'm getting there...
Wow congrats! Sounds like you are going places! Please keep us updated, we love hearing about other people's ventures :) Thanks for sharing!
This was an absolute amazing interview! 100% value from start to finish!!!!!
You have to have a massive operation in screen printing to make decent money imo.
Not really. We seek a good fit for our small company. There is profit in anything, just be ready to search and filter out the ones who are too big/small/demanding/unstable and you’ll have a bigger advantage than most.
This was a really great, candid, full disclosure video. Bravo! Great interview, full understanding of the business. Well done.
Wonderful The Producer. We really appreciate your feedback and we're so happy our interview are having such a positive impact. 😀 What type of business would you like to see on the channel next?
@@UpFlip I haven't browsed through all of your content yet. Idk if you have videos on trucking and getting started. With the supply chain crisis, that's something I'd be interested in... logistics.
Artem is honest and going straight to the point. I can tell from my experience that this is pretty much Russian mentality.
thank you Alexander!
This is amazing! To everyone and anyone who makes these videos happen, thank you! As a small business owner and entrepreneur, this is priceless information.
Hey Diego! We appreciate you. 😊Are you in the screen printing business as well?
@@UpFlipNo, Im a barber studio owner based in Tempe Arizona and looking to open my second location soon. We small business owner or entrepreneurs can appreciate another person journey. The endeavors might be different but the principles will always be the same.
Go BIG or go home... Buying power is key in this business
Such a great episode. This review shows the most important thing is luck😊
Selling direct is when the money rolled in. Before that he sold wholesale. That blew by but is kind of important.
Absolutely! Thanks for watching, Matt!
totally agree, im in whole sale right now, yes you get a few bucks here and there, but the money is donde b2c in the apparel business..its harder but its worth it. Fixing to change my business around..it would be awesome if yall make a vid about how to change a business from b2b to b2c...thanks!
That's an awesome idea!
Even thou video is from 2 years ago it still stands. End user is the key!
Wow so much info and all of the details, this was great.
Thanks so much! We appreciate you. 🥰
God I wanna come work for this guy, there’s so much I would be able to learn. This may be counter productive but I’m wanting to break into this area for my business and doing everything like this as well. Embroidery, heat transfer, screen printing, cups, mugs, badges, stickers, etc. I would love to be another one stop shop. Honestly, If given an opportunity and asked if I would go for a little while I would definitely would, even if it’s for a couple of weeks. I’ll do my best to learn as much as possible
Logan, we are always looking for quality people to join our ever-growing team. where are you located?
@@LogoUnltdswagg I’m currently in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. But I’m gonna be actually moving to Texas by the end of this year, to the beginning of next year. Either Dallas or Houston.
@@Lucky_Logan dont have anyone in Dallas or Houston but do have a friend running a full shop in Fort Worth. The skinny armadillo
@@LogoUnltdswagg yeah that’s why I thought it was unfortunate I’m in Florida.
But Fort Worth huh? I’ve always thought about Fort Worth. That’s just west of Dallas. Hmmm maybe it’s a sign I should go to Dallas area first 😂🤣 I’ll have to keep The Skinny Armadillo in thoughts then.
@@LogoUnltdswagg thanks for the heads up. Maybe if anything, when I do plan my trip to Dallas, for a week or so, I can take a secondary adventure to Fort Worth while I’m out there and maybe take a stop there
I would investigate on the label removal. There are different messages going around about removing tags of origin. I assume the association you are connected with or trade shows would clarify. This interview was amazing full of so much information, thx.
we still print the country of origin and fabric content with a custom logo (ours or clients)
Hi I just came across to your channel it was very inspiring to me to hear your host history about the way he started definitely he took the chance and it is getting his great reward back,Very knowledgeable and nice guy, thank you very much for sharing 🙏🏼👍🏼
Thanks for watching! We appreciate you.
Another great video served up in my feed by RUclips. This was a great interview with encouragement!
Wonderful Debt Demolisher. Thank you for supporting our channel. What type of video would you like to see next?
@@UpFlip You’re welcome; glad to be of support. I would love to see videos on your channel of how authors, speakers, and/or coaches/consultants have grown their business. If you have any interviews with service-based business owners forthcoming that would be extremely helpful (for me at least). Thanks for asking for feedback and suggestions from your viewers. It’s appreciated 🙏🏾
My crazy business i was owned a small silkscreen printing business But now i have nothing , bcoz of civil war in Myanmar.

That's amazing Travis.😀 Glad you liked the shop. What got you into the business? Any advice for someone just starting out?

That's a great point. Thanks for sharing this and we'll see what we can do. 😉
let me know what questions you have and i will try to answer asap. We are super busy right now so there might a delay in response but i will try to get to it asap.
awesome video, as a starter like me one heatpress machine and a DTF printer it serves a great inspiration. God bless.
congrats! good direction with DTF printer. i have one, printheads are killing me, dont have time to deal with it. what kind did you get?
That's awesome! When did you start your business?
@@UpFlip just 5months ago. Thnks for your vlog, God bless.
@@LogoUnltdswagg got the L1800 epson converted dtf. Yeah sometimes printer issues will come up, if it does i just go to a local DTF printer and they will print it out for me. Here in Manila a meter size dtf printout is 400-500 pesos or 10$ not bad. Goodluck on ur expansion, God bless Logo Unltd.
Remember, most all these businesses are started out of their garage. Start small and simple and do good work.
We started out literally in a mechanic garage’s offices 😂 👊🏽
Off topic. I don't know if many people noticed it. But when he says "will to survive", subs show "will to show you wife"... This is just too funny =)
Good catch! Thanks for watching!

hi Andrew. sounds like you have everything under control. I wish nothing but the best and luck!
You are a great interviewer.
Thank you Yuda! Have you checked out some of our other videos?
We’ve been looking for a video like this for awhile. Tons of great information for startups. I have a question for you. You said that you would contact potential customers to see if you could send them a sample package or something. What kind of a sample package do you send to potential customers? Do you send this package to every potential customer? What do you suggest that we include in the sample package? Thx in advance.
Sample packages would include a few sample prints in different sizing. These packages are available upon request but also up to you if you prefer sending out free samples. ☺️
@@UpFlip ok great, thanks for the information.
Perfect questions bro.... 👍👍👍
Thanks for watching! What was your favorite question? :)

Can you talk more about the laser printer (manufacturer, name and model, etc.)?
Hey Ed! Great question! You can visit their website (see the link in the description) and find out. Are you in the business as well?
@@UpFlip We are getting ready to start a T-shirt business in Boquete, Panama at the beginning of 2022. We presently have a restaurant here, Boquete Sandwich Shop. BTW... I could not find a link to the laser printer company.
Awesome interview, this guy seems like a solid businessman!
thank you for your kind words
what is the name of his japanese embroidery machine? I would like to know if they have less expensive models that are commercial but not necessarily industrial. Great interview full of great information
we use Tajima industrial embroidery machines. For smaller size machines look at HAPPY and Ricoma
Wow, he really handed out some jewels , thank you.
He did provide a lot of very useful information j Mcintyre. 😀Thanks for watching. Would you ever get in the screen-printing business?
thank you!
Great video! I have a question... what screen printing software do they run for order management and what software do they run to help manage order fulfillment jobs that they had to shipping? Thanks!
Learned a lot. Thanks for this
thanks for the great explaination :)
Yes you can buy T shirts from other companies and tear up the main label and screen print on it to make Logo Unlimited brand but don't print there : "Proudly Made in Canada" . That's not expected.
Interesting comments! Thanks for watching! We appreciate you.
very inspiring! thank you 8)

Incredible value
Thanks for that Wesley. Are you new to the channel?
i really enjoy the screen printing segment. very very educative
Thank you so much! I have a press and am actually getting started in this direction; but with my own branding and niche (not exactly print on demand, but more of an evergreen style). I don't even have a website yet lol. However, I'm starting with Etsy/Shopify and moving on from there. This information was very valuable and I may even look to this business in the future; should I need more help with outsourcing, in order to focus more on growing the business and/ or family.
This is awesome to see, we love to hear how people are growing their business! Good Luck in your ventures! And thanks for sharing your story :)
