I love the candle business episodes and the t shirt business episodes, they have really helped me. I really like how you ask about equipment for beginners that is afordable and the cost for heat press etc. Thank you so much💕
@@UpFlip Maybe someday. I currently have two side hustles that keep me more than busy. A CNC Woodworking business and I do digital marketing for a few steady clients.
I think your story is great on how you got started, and would love to follow how you got started with your business Would you suggest going with a franchise?
Varies for everyone. I've seen people able to quit their full-time jobs after just 1-2 years, but it takes a lot of work (like most things). Smart marketing and utilizing social media and e-commerce platforms is the difference maker. Many people just don't make it because they don't know how to use all the tools available to them.
@@UpFlip Yes, I have 2 businesses. I have a embroidery and screen printing business with a clothing line that I am working on. And I also have a catering business and I am building a food trailer.
I would have kept the $45k franchise fee and done it on my own.....use some of that money for a digital and social media marketers. Spend MUCH less. McDonald's charges about $45k franchise fee, this is a company most people have NOT heard off???. He said he took about 4 or 5 years before he is making the money he is making now? Way too long. The franchise sucked the profit out of him, you pay a franchise fee to get immediate business,. Sucker franchise, educate yourself with some RUclips videos and online articles, and do it yourself and keep your $45 k.
Yeah man you're 25 Grand a month doesn't make sense that would be an estimate of $300,000 cost to run a $500,000 business so you make profit of about 200k a year ?
I don't understand.... Why would these successful fashion brand owners want to spill their secret sauce to the masses. Wouldn't it make things harder for them?
There's enough for everyone to make money Oka. They're just providing helpful tips to others. Thanks for watching. Are you considering getting into the T-Shirt business?
Because 99.99999% of people won’t put in action. Like many will think of opening a t shirt shop at this moment. But who will really do it? The next day you probably even forget what you’ve watched on RUclips.
@@tastychicken3966 That's true, and also, even out of those that do, most will fail. I've been in the business for well over 15 years, I've seen a lot of people come and go. I also know even those that ARE successful will have many failures of their own, it's just the nature of the business. It's a totally viable business, but it's also not an easy one to actually thrive in. Most people won't have the stomach for it in the long term. Also, most people just don't have the creativity or business knowledge to make it work either, and you really need at least a decent amount of both to make it a long term success. You can pay someone to do designs for you, or you can pay someone to manage the business side of things, but at the end of the day, if you don't at least have a base understanding of how to make it all work, you won't last. And I'm not saying that to discourage anyone, but if someone wants to be in this business, they need to understand it's cutthroat, there's tons of saturation and competition, and you can't just slap some designs on a shirt and expect people to buy it, because it just doesn't work that way! To anyone that does stick it out and push through, anyone that really wants it, good luck! It's always nice to see others succeed in this business.
Yeah, how dare they do something so simple and basic that is nothing more than a minor inconvenience just to keep each other safe? What a bunch of clowns lol. (obvious sarcasm, the only bozo is anyone that gets offended at things that have nothing to do with them whatsoever)

franchising a shirt business is silly. sorry to say it. you could do this without them bud

Impressive indeed Talita.
4 months to break even is difficult and indeed impressive, for ANY business.
