In this day and age having no security pins is a fail on a lock which could offer good security otherwise. Props for the warning about gutting. I'm sure that will save some folks from disappointment.
@@georgiajim2260 I think he has the JR, which I haven't been combing eBay for them either lately I will probably check up on him and make sure about that one
Only ever gutted a MTL with the component drivers once before, was a regret. Better off with a Kenaurd for a beginner pip, easy pick but a safer gut. I would still want that round body though😂
The Kenuard would be harder than this, at least there’s 5 pins lol. I was hoping i could toss a deguard core in there but it’s too long. I’ll probably repin it and toss some spools and serrated drivers in there and make another video on it eventually.
@@NIGBEE-lock-bothering yeah, this is the worst/easiest pin in pin lock I’ve picked. The core isn’t easily replacable either so best i can do is add better driver pins.

Absolutely, especially when most of the clones out there use serrated or spooled drivers and torpedo key pins on the low cuts as overset traps.
Absolutely love your channel and huge congratulations to getting a seat at the round table !
Thanks!
To be fair you do make everything look easy 😅👌👍🤜🤛
Definitely not everything but I’ll still take the compliment lol
There is something really appealing about round body padlocks.
Indeed, too bad it was pinned so poorly
Well, there ya have it! How bad can it be lol Thanks, Jim!
My expectations were bare minimum and it still failed to make meet them.
@@georgiajim2260 You definitely know it's bad then 😅Really bad!
don't let Albert Lebel see that 🤣😂 he may not have one of those
I assumed he already had one🤪

@@georgiajim2260 where'd you find it and how much did it cost?
@@j.gabriel8573 ebay and was like $59 plus shipping
@@georgiajim2260 thank you sir I am going to look and see if I can find 1, and see if he has. I always try to look out for folks, much appreciated 🦾👍
