I got the same project mine is a 1970 she has been through to evil men who tried to steal her from me. have to re do it after 15 k Almighty God will repay them evil bastards. I m grateful I was able to get my car away from him.
How do you remove the door panel.? Is that hand strap fastened on?. I have all the screws out and the clips released but it seems held at the door strap and it won't slide up.
@@weekendgarage3299 Yes I did. That handle slipped off forward and back and the screws were under that. My widow problem was that one of the nuts came loose on the window lifting mech. I aligned it and tightened it and I'm back in business

If you were poor, you drill out the rivets holding the rollers and replaced the rivets and sometimes rollers and put the regulator back in.
