Great trick making the new clip. I've watched a lot of your videos. You do a great job explain things.

Hey man, don't know if you'll see this. I've got the same wiper arms, but they weren't on when I bought car. Anyway, any chance you could make a short video on how and where the arm with the (2) pieces mount to,

Thanks for the video Chris. I have a '68 Cutlass Supreme with the recessed wipers that will not go down all the way. I put on a new motor but when my wipers are in the park position I can't put the arm on that attaches to the wiper linkage. It seems like the motor has to go about 3/4" to the drivers side. My arm that attaches to the wiper is marked AB which is correct. The plate that the wiper motor attaches to is the original one. I am restoring the car so the engine is out and I just installed new wiring harnesses. I will investigate this weekend but I just wondered if you had any thoughts on the matter as to what the problem could be. Thanks and take care.

when separating the blade assembly from the arm stud. You state you push down through the slot in the blade. You are actually pushing side to side on that spring while applying pressure and motion. It would be down if you were holding it sideways

I have a question and i dident find a video of yours that covered this topic: The vinyl top modligs on Chevelle. I have a 70 Chevelle 2-dr HT base model with no extas att all exept it had a vinyl top. The modling on my car is a one-piece that goes over the c-pillars and betwen the trunk and rear window. All the vinyl top modligs i see for sale at e-bay, ecklers etc are 5 piece.
Is my one-piece rare? Where there also 5 piece modlings from factory stock or it is just the reproduction ones?
