      @@sadityah8198 took me like as little as 2 days to notice that my strength and coordination in my handle got better but in order to have a really controlled and elite handle you have to know when to use it how fast to use it and be smooth with it which takes time

    The workout :
    Pounds both hands -15 seconds each
    Fingertips both hands -15 seconds each
    Pound crossover -15 seconds
    Quick pound crossover -15 seconds
    Joke pound both hands -15 seconds each
    Joke crossover -15 seconds
    Pound and through -15 seconds
    Just through -15 seconds
    Just behind back -15 seconds
    Pound turn, pound turn through same foot both hands -5 reps
    V cross, then half v cross between legs -5 reps
    Pound in n out then 2 recovery dribbles -4 reps each hand
    In n out then cross -6 reps (short steps)
    In n out then through -6 reps
    1 in n out 1 dribble then under drag -2 or 3 left, 2 or 3 right.
    Same thing previously but after the drag bring ball to pocket hand and take 2 pounds from there 2 or 3 each hand
    (Sorry if this is a bit confusing but this is the best way I could think of describing it)

    • @Emi_B4
      @Emi_B4 Год назад

      Dw, you actually did a great job and made it pretty easy to understand
      But in the one you wrote “1 in n out 1 dribble and under drag”, it’s in n out, between the legs, then 1 dribble and next step you take is the underdrag, you just missed the between right after the in n out
      Also as a side note, when I read it the “turn” at the start was a bit confusing so, if you want, you could change that to in n out and the one leg wrap you can call as you want haha i don’t know wether it has an actual name I always see people call it differently, and you could include the hip switch in the last one if you want
      Sorry for being such a pain the ass with those last “side notes”, it’s just something I noticed when watching the video, you can avoid them if you want
      Regardless, thanks for this, saved me and probably others a bunch of time, appreciate it!

      Hey can you suggest something for beginners

    • @KobeMonroe
      @KobeMonroe 9 месяцев назад

      The pounds are a good way for beginners to get the ball on a string. V dribbles in and out crossovers all stationary til you get really good at it. Between the legs and behind the back as well then work on combos stationary. I highly recommend putting a plastic bag on your ball so you don’t have as much grip or spin. That’s a great start.

      @@THEGOATEDONE1 ay bro you’re only 13, I can almost guarantee you, you won’t be 6’4+. This means you should work on point guard skills. Focus 100% on point guard skills. So mostly handling, shooting and passing. Also work on footwork and crafty finishing.
