    This workout is 🔥🔥. However, one is not expected to do all of this on the first day so you have to start small and work your way up. I prefer to do ball handling drills while moving and looking up and preferably with a defender so you can get comfortable handling the ball in a real game situation. Full court 1v1 is really good for ball handling as well as conditioning. Also, if you have limited space you can do these drills stationary, even if it's for 15 to 30 minutes everyday and increase your ball handling tremendously.

    Another key part about doing drills to improve your handle is that, when your doing the drills you want to make them feel uncomfortable and not easy. Because when you do the same dribbling drills all the time and never speed up the drill or add challenges to it you'll never truly be a good ball handler because growth comes at the edge of being uncomfortable

    Starting tommorow imma start grinding my handles. Imma come back and see my progress each mont for six months. Defiently doing the one ball workout and tennis ball workout, until i get another ball. Just working on my body, conditioning, and ball handiling for the next 6 months. December 6, 2020.

    Thanks. One of the weaknesses I had for a guard is dribbling the ball. I'm a decent ball handler but I know when I keep doing this I'll get better over time.

      Me though it's hard cause I dribble it in my house and it produces a lot of static electricity (cause of the leather) and it shocks me a lot but GOATS🐐 don't make excuses and we gotta work with what we got

      @@Urfreexp 1. Handles can significantly improve depending on how you use the drills and how many times you use them a day, and how dedicated you are. 2.His handles were probably ok but after consecutively doing these work outs he learned how to control the ball.

    for those of you wondering whether or not this works, yes it does. I used to this every day for a lil bit and my handles improved, they were tighter and faster, just overall easier to dribble the ball that being said remember these are only stationary movements you have to practice them moving as well.

    This is a great workout but when you get to the combo moves do it regularly then do the same drill changing the tempo mixing up the tempo by going slow dribble then fast and alternate

    i did not want to move on until i got each move completely down so it took me an hour to get to 12:51 lol and i am tired so imma try to do more next time (I also had it in .75x)

      @@R2bball very good, My handles most def improved i got moved up to var and I still do these things. I'm getting better at shootings and I don't have to think to get passed defenders, plus my confidence have improved so much... Thanks Coach Ryan

      @@abelfranco8425 just shoot more and do it everyday, shoot from same position(choose any u want) and just do 20 or 30 mins shooting everyday. U will feel improvement on the 3rd or 4th day and that improvement will make u want to continue

    I know it is a little off topic but, how long does it take to increase range when getting rid of the off hand thumb flick. I personally have been using the off hand thumb flick for a long time but am planning on fixing it. What I notice is that you lose a lot of power when getting rid of the thumb flick. How long will it take to increase range again?

      That is actually something I worked on this summer and it takes a while and some grind. You will question why you even switched but trust me if you work hard and get the reps in you’ll be shooting better after a few months. It will pay off if you put in the hard work

    first question is how many time sper week should i do this? i go to hoop every sngle day btw. I will do the basic workout for some months i think but for how long should i do that untill i go to the drills with the tennis ball. i would apreciate it so much if you helped me out. i appreciate you for doing this have an amazing day
