  • If you're looking to transform your handles and break down any defender on the court and make them look SILLY, this workout is for you.
This ballhandling workout will NOT be easy, but it's necessary for those guards that are looking to become elite and have every defenders weakness in the palm of their hand. Kyrie Irving is known to have to best handles in the league and he even does this workout as well.

Do you have something tips because i try to make to nba and i put already lot work. but throwing has reduced mmy motivation a bit when I can't get the backspin. And i think if i get backspin im gonna be so good. Because i am good to drive a basket, take a contak, and i am god defender.
