    - Tween walk no dribble
    Stationary Drill
    - stationary Position
    1. Fingertip low dribbles both Hands
    2. Pound Dribbles Right & Left
    3. Stationary dribble under legs into next leg alternate ♾️
    4. Front zigzags Between legs
    5. Right & Left zigzag crossovers
    6. Body shifted Crossovers
    7. In & Out front leg drop ball pound
    8. Tween touch floor ♾️
    9. Explosive BTB's
    10. Scissors tween dribbles
    11. Under legs crossover
    12. In & Out pound crossover Shift ♾️
    13. In & Out pound between legs ♾️
    14. Reverse scissor tween
    Dont worry about how fast you do it, Just do the correct form

    Watching this right now as a 14 year old, ive never played basketball for a school or a team but im a freshmen this year and Im going to tryout. Around 2 months back I started taking basketball more serious because I knew if I wanted to make the team I would have to catch up with everyone else whos been playing thier whole life. Tryouts are in a month and Im really trying to improve as much as I can playing 3v3 5v5 1v1 2v2 as much as I can and watching game footage and more. Hopefully I can make that team.

    Most NBA players don’t use thier fingertips to dribble. They use their hand so the ball can spin and float.
