We've just started a Stoic meetup here in the Milwaukee area, and if needed (I'm hoping to get group members to do more of this, or to bring in some guest speakers, rather than give talks myself there!) I'll give a few talks. I'm also slated to provide a workshop at Stoicon '17. Other than that, nothing lined up so far this year, but doubtless there will be more, as I get some booked. If you've got an organization or institution near you that will bring me in, I'm happy to travel to give talks. As far as recommended reading, I'm a big believer in going to the primary sources for philosophy. For Stoicism, that means Seneca, Epictetus, and Marcus Aurelius. I have a free online course you can enroll in specifically on Epcitetus' short work, the Enchiridion
