I made this last week and used scallops bc that’s what my local store had and it was bussin! At first I didn’t add the pepper flakes bc I forgot def add that!! 😊 yum!!!

Awesome recipe. I had to use a rice noodle and used glass noodles and it was so good. They absorbed a bunch of flavors. I also made a chicken version say way and that was awrsome too. Good flavors.

Usually a neutral flavored oil is used for this dish and a little butter. Add a little bit of ketchup and lemon juice to counteract the saltiness, the flavor will be crazier, soo gooooood.
As soon as I get off work I am running to the farmers market to grab me some fresh shrimp to make it tonight for me and my future hubby. He is going to love it. I actually have all the ingredients minus the shrimp. I'll will be sure to come back and tell you how it comes out. But it looks amazing!😃
we went to Thanh Long 20 years ago when we were in San Fran. We had the garlic noodles and tiger prawns. Thanks so much for the recipe, I never would have thought about using roasted garlic! Cannot wait to try it. (I add a TBS of Hoisen sause to mine as well).
Instead of add more water, I transfer the noodles directly into the sauce right after rinsing out the starch or just skip the rinse that way it will carry over some water. Less soy sauce and add some fish sauce.
This was fantastic. Despite the fact I spilled the pasta water all over my counter and had to use regular water... it still turned out amazing, and my boys loved it! Thanks for the recipe

That's the first recipe i've ever seen that is garlic heavy. Most recipes call 2 cloves and that's ridiculously not enough!! I'm going to make that and love it. I already have all those asian ingredients in my home. I would probably even change the all purpose seasoning to cajun flavor!!
