Looks good. The original recipe uses fish sauce and I love including it when I make garlic noodles. Folks say ugh to fish sauce but it tastes way better than it smells and it gives the garlic noodles a distinct and delicious flavor. 💚

I made this last week and used scallops bc that’s what my local store had and it was bussin! At first I didn’t add the pepper flakes bc I forgot def add that!! 😊 yum!!!

Usually a neutral flavored oil is used for this dish and a little butter. Add a little bit of ketchup and lemon juice to counteract the saltiness, the flavor will be crazier, soo gooooood.

@@MayaD773 fish sauce in addition to the oyster and soy sauces. I use them all. I use like 2 teaspoons of fish to 4 teaspoons of oyster.

They are the same restaurant. Same owner - one location is just more upscale. So the recipe is surely the same at both restaurants.
