    One of my favorite channels simply because you are into sight fishing. On fly makes it even better.

    Well you got to go...awesome. Looked like a beautiful day on the water. Great video my friend thanks for sharing. Yesterday Morgan said on the way to school: "Dad, when can we go fishing with mister David again?" 😄👍🏻

    My only complaint about this vid is that it's not 48 mins long. 😁😁😁 I'm enjoying the sight fishing. Keep it up! 🤙🏾

    I know you sight fish a lot, but I have horrible vision. Can I cover water with the fly like I would conventional gear, throwing to likely cover to find reds?

    • @TrailChaser
      @TrailChaser  2 года назад +1

      I catch a good amount of reds, trout and flounder blind casting likely spots. I just rarely film those catches.

    Dude! Is this recent? I haven’t seen any fish since the last cold front? Maybe I need to try later in the day.

    I’m just getting into fly fishing. What reel, rod, and line are you using if I may ask?

    • @TrailChaser
      @TrailChaser  2 года назад

      My rod is A Redington Predator 8wt, my reel is a Sage Spectrum 8wt. My line is scientific angler redfish line in 8wt.

    What flies do you use for red fish

    • @TrailChaser
      @TrailChaser  2 года назад

      Lately I've been using the redfish crack pattern and tying them up myself, but I've also had a lot of success with shrimp patterns and topwater poppers.
