Tweeters don't work like normal speakers, putting them randomly does not do much. You need to focus tweeters toward your ears to get the best quality. Their sound waves are easily canceled/muffled from hitting anything. Meaning, your rear decklid tweeters are doing next to nothing. Go to any car audio expo where the pros show off their new stuff. You will see Tweeters are very rarely used, and when they are they are foreword in the vehicle facing near where the passengers sit.
You have a spare tire with your ss? Mine does not have one because if the brakes rim offset. That's the owners manual explanation of why there is no spare tire .
If your car is a camaro with the stock radio. You are gonna need to spend the extra money on a line out converter that restores bass that is cut out from the factory radio
Your better off buying the subthump kit plugs right in to the factory amp and you can power you sub from their insted of playing if speaker signals you will mess up your factory head unit in the long run for splicing that rear speaker i have a 2014 i took all the factory speakers out and replaced them with a 4channel amp and 2 rear jbl load mouth and 2 jbl load mouth in the door no need to upgrade your tweeters and i have to jl 10 in sub in a ported box in the truck
great camaro! I'm trying to buy a 2015 Camaro in Brazil, here it is considered a luxury vehicle..
Thanks man, and goodluck i love the car!
