I envy your handlebar, Spence. I know you say not to make beard care more complicated than it has to be, but I feel like getting my handlebar going has been an exercise in frustration. I'm having to fiddle with it all day just to keep it in place as it grows out. It doesn't help that one side grows a lot faster than the other. 😑

I use to wash my beard with your wash every single day, but with the new conditioner I just wash on days I work and day I'm off I just condition. Fantastic stuff by the way! Smell just like the old butter to me which is a HUGE win!!$

Looking forward to trying it. The new wash formulation is nice but for me, it's a little bit more stripping than the old one even though it uses the general same ingredients. I think this new LB conditioner will really be a good compliment alongside the new wash..

Great product. Very pleased with the softness and texture of the beard after use. Less like the smell so I went for the fragrance free. One note and that's why I'm not sure I'll buy the product again is the bottle - very inconvenient to use. You have to use force to get the substance out and when you are in the shower and your hands are wet it is very uncomfortable. SORRY

awesome vid guys im just now getting into wanting to grow the beard that i got. im 29 but a beginner on finding good quality stuff find and buy, i would definitely like to look for products that can clean and keep the best look but also grow too, and im happy that i found yall. i wrote down those ingredients and i found out the beard wash that i have doesnt have the stuff you listed but it has hydrolyzed keratin, would that be good or does it have to be just keratin. thanks guys

I love you guys and been using you're products for awhile, but now introducing a beard conditioner which is great, kinda defeats the purpose of you're guy's wash, because, i have asked " is it okay to wash you're beard everyday with just the wash" now you guys have a conditioner, kinda falling in line with every other beard company out there. kinda says that the beard wash strips all the oils out and that you need a conditioner, from where before you guys just had a 3 beard cleaning system. Idk to me just kinda seemse adding a new product so people pay a little more for something they may not need.
Bingo. If you use any decent wash (without the harsh chemicals that strip away oils) , even a little 5$ natural beard bar, it's enough to cleanse your face and hair. We also apply a beard oil and balm which puts back more than enough of what you need. I agree with you
Hey, Andrew, I appreciate your question and I get where you're coming from 100%, Brother. There is no real one size fits all solution which is why I always say to do what's best for you. Wash when your beard is dirty etc. Our wash is 100% natural and a very gentle solution, so it does a much better job of cleaning without stripping oils, BUT even the best natural wash formula will strip some of the oils out. If you wash, oil, and butter your beard and it's soft and feels great, then you may not need conditioner as the butter and oil do a great job of that. If you feel your beard is still on the dry side after washing, use the conditioner and it'll make a huge improvement. I personally have been using the conditioner after every wash for the last year or more and it's been great for me. We've been working on this formula for 17 months and it's a really great product, but if you feel like you don't need it, then stick with what's working! Does the scent linger after the shower ?
Bro, I just dropped my review on this conditioner. Scent strength is perfect in my opinion. Strong enough to compliment matching beard product scent but also can easily be worn with other scents.
It's funny, for years they have been touting their 3 step process... wash, oil, butter. Now, all of the sudden, we need conditioner too, with no explanation as to why the change in advice. I've always used a beard conditioner or co-wash, I guess my issue is with their lack of explanation as to why they didn't feel the need for conditioner for years, and now all of the sudden we need it too. Strikes me as pretty disingenuous. I was planning to try some Live Bearded products soon, but now I think I will pass.

Beard conditioner has been the most requested product by our customers for the last couple of years and for the last 17 months we have been working behind the scenes to perfect the formula. Beard wash, oil, and butter is the primary recommended routine that will work for everyone, but if you want your beard that next step softer, that's where conditioner jumps in. That said, there is no one size fits all solution to grooming as we all have such different skin and hair types. So we always tell guys to find a routine that works best for them. If your beard is feeling dry, try conditioner and make sure you get butter in there. If you get dirty, wash it etc. You don't NEED any of these products to grow a beard, but they'll certainly help keep it groomed and smelling (and growing) great.
