There's some inconsistency with when you turn after the side slash on the sword version. Waiting for him to fully settle fails. Instead, a full left crouch stab from the corner in place of the side slash makes this completely 100% consistent.

Interesting. The position from fully settling definitely works, but I have noticed inconsistencies with other positions seemingly related to camera when trying manual lineup. (for example the same position could work or not work depending on if you walk away from the wall then back up to it) So I don't doubt there could be some inconsistency with the sword setup related to different timings of the movements which could subtly affect the camera. Good to know left crouch stab works as well, and that's great if it solves any camera issues.

@@CountLG I tested the full settle position a lot and it never once worked for me. He takes like a full second to settle fully.

Have to agree, was very inconsistent for me if I let Link settle, I'd get it like 20% of the time, other it just wouldn't clip. Crouchstab method was honestly free.
