Klaus had his link to his sireline severed by Davina and the Strix in season 3 so his death didn’t have consequences on those he turned. Elijah was killed in Seaaon 4 by The Hollow and the vampires that came from him all died back then so his final death in Season 5 had no impact assuming he had turned no one.
