    Want to save some money and populate your Kratky garden? Re-Growing your food scraps like onions, celery, romaine, garlic ... can get multiple uses out of your produce while filling your home with life and science! Propagation, whether it be cloning from trimmings or re-growing from cell structures, it is verry cool and verry easy and I hope you enjoy this quick lesson in countertop propagation.

    It looks great for presentation, and we all love roots, but you must mention algae when growing in glass like that. Good tips, and very much approve of extending life of bought veg.

      Totally agree 👍 I was going to mention it like I did in both the kratky videos, but then I realized that I never get algae when I'm propagating because the plants grow so fast and usually leave the jar within a few weeks. So, I thought 🤔 I will just include links to the other videos for people who are more interested in lonn term kratky setups. Great point thought and noted. Thanks for the comment 👍

    I reclaimed a bunch of produce and enjoyed the bounty, grown in Hempy Buckets with Calcinated Clay aka Turface or (Saf t sorb) at Tractor Supply) It’s heavy and won’t blow over in outdoor grows, especially in totes. JM2¢
