Custom shoe box favor boxes with Cricut - Easy!

- If you are looking for a super cute and easy favor box for a party or event then these shoe boxes are perfect! They are easy to customize and make in any color or scheme you want to! They do not require a lot of time or materials which is also such a bonus!
In this video I will show you how to set up the template to use the scoring lines, as well as use a canva template to make a fun sticker for the side and how to easily decorate with Design Space.
We will then cut out all the pieces and score the box and I will show you how to fold and assemble this awesome shoe box favor box!

As always great tutorial although i am surprised you didnt have any regular glue... also could you possibly make your mouse cursor larger? when following the section where you showed where the images could go on the layout of the box whilst in Design Space, i couldnt see or lost the cursor. Of course seeing the box made later in the tutorial made that clear. thanks so much
I don't do paper projects like ever because I hate them. Thats why I don't have much glue. Also I find most glue dries to slowly and the hot glue worked just fine for this project. As for the mouse cursor I will see what I can do.
@@CorinneBlackstone awww sorry you dont like paper projects... i love them and have sooooo many glues lol. It just never occurred to me that someone might not like them. But I get that as I am not keen on vinyl on shirts for instance. Thanks so much for your reply and I will always watch you as I have learned so much from you and love your style. It is refreshing to have tutorials where the assumption is we do know how to use Design Space and so can just get on with the "how to".

This video was amazing and very thorough. Only question is what size or sticker paper do we use. I clicked your link but it popped up 4 different kinds. Does it matter?
@@BATTAAH the only reason paper size will matter is what size you want the box to be. To make the largest option for the box you need to use 12x12 paper
@@CorinneBlackstone thank you for the quick reply. Do you have a preference on sticker paper? I have to make this tomorrow so have to run to hobby lobby or Michael's don't have time to order. I also realized I don't have a scoring wheel.
@@BATTAAH if you have the scoring stylus you can use that too. As for sticker paper the cricut brand is ok if you can find it. Avery isn’t bade either
@@CorinneBlackstone I dont have that blade believe it or not been using just the regular blade. I do mainly shirts, vinyl on acrylics and cake toppers nothing fancy. This will be my first big project lol.
