Hi, there! Thank you so much for your interest in our craft and for watching our video! We truly appreciate the support and kind words.
We do have a small but dedicated team of dial refinishers that are continuously learning from the expert and heir to Kirk Rich Dial himself. And yes! There are definitely younger members interested in perfecting this art of a restoration process. Additionally, our authorized partner My Jewelry Repair has been also helping us revive and conserve the art of dial refinishing.

Maybe a little explanation as to the processes and materials used would be an aid to the art of dial restoration?.

Nicely done. Indicies removal was frighteningly brutal, however effective. Too bad a less potentially damaging technique be implemented? Close inspection may show damage to the dial surface by shaving due to the blade contact. Especially on this dial surface or similar with raised ridges.

Hi, there! Thank you for watching and for your insight. However, we are very careful when it comes to our methods and have been servicing the trade since 1926. As experts in the craft, our dial refinishing team uses the methods that work best for them to achieve the best results. Thank you for concern, however! Have a wonderful day!

      Hi, there!
Thank you for your interest in our services.
Our services start at $225 USD + Shipping and additional fees depend on the amount of work that needs to be done. We recommend shipping your loose dial out of the watch to avoid a $75 disassembly/reassembly fee. However, if you do need help doing so with other pieces, you can send in your watch as a whole and we can professionally do it for you when we receive it. Our current turnaround time is about 3-5 weeks.
If you have any specific questions about your dial, feel free to contact our Customer Service team through email at info@krdial.com or through phone at (909) 828-5022 Monday through Friday from 9am - 3pm PST.
Please let us know through email if you are shipping from outside the U.S. as we have further instructions for international orders. Thank you so much & have a wonderful day! ⌚
