Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr James William
@@susanedwards6856 Yes you’re correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try studying if you can’t study then get yourself a good help
This was the best video for the reality of real estate. Every other video has been so monotone and cookie cutter. I actually enjoyed watching this and it really has helped me realize the not so lavish side of getting into this career.
I'm a CA at an apartment have been the lead leaser for 2 years now everyone is telling me to get I to real estate. I'm also from Houston and also a full time college student. I will be following ur videos 👍
Thank you so much. I just got into this in January. Now I’m studying for my Proctored test for my first course. I’m nervous and like you, I wasn’t doing this much sweating for my MBA. Also, I didn’t know about any of these fees. I need to come out of pocket with at least $1200 before selling anything. I better start stashing money away NOW!
Thanks everyone for all the great feedback. Y'all have encouraged me to keep my RUclips Career alive. New videos are up. Also, a follow-up is coming very soon 🙂 In the meantime, I would love to know what brokerage you are with and how your experience has been.
