    Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr James William

    This was the best video for the reality of real estate. Every other video has been so monotone and cookie cutter. I actually enjoyed watching this and it really has helped me realize the not so lavish side of getting into this career.

    Thank you so much. I just got into this in January. Now I’m studying for my Proctored test for my first course. I’m nervous and like you, I wasn’t doing this much sweating for my MBA. Also, I didn’t know about any of these fees. I need to come out of pocket with at least $1200 before selling anything. I better start stashing money away NOW!

    Then you have to pick a broker to hang your license with.
    They have sign up fees and monthly fees. Also take a cut from every home you sale.

      ...and this is where I'm at. Finished the exams and got my inactive license. She's spot-on with everything. Now I'm totally overwhelmed in broker research. Big decision with huge repercussions. I came across this video while searching for vids about brokers.

    It’s about 4x that amount in Oregon, I wish I only had to pay what you did. To just do MLS IT WAS $800 that was after $1000 to get licensed etc. yikes

    I to was not prepared for all of the fees!🤯. Plus some brokers charge a monthly fee too. I just signed up for HAR $600!!! I was NOT prepared. And to say the least……. I’m still lost. I truly need help 😢
