Burt was undoubtedly handsome and one of the more popular actors of his day. However, as a significant other, his failed relationships don’t surprise me at all. Burt has always struck me as an egomaniac and the type of man that could be extremely controlling and self involved.
He had many conquests and since he couldn’t get sally it bothered him it hurt his ego. That’s all it was with him an ego trip he was not a one woman man.
Burt REYNOLDS was in love with Diana shore, but all good things come to an end, after she let him go burt REYNOLDS went out with Sally field and he and Sally were soulmates and he almost married Sally field the love of his life but that never panned out, then he married loni Anderson & had a child with her, burt is gone now he passed away in 2018 from a heart attack in Florida but to me he was a great actor, may he R.I.P. ALONG WITH DIANA SHORE BLESS THERE SOULS.
I don’t think this fact is correct. I read and heard that both Loni and Sally were indeed both present at Burt’s funeral. There were only a few people invited. Shockingly, I don’t think that Burt attended Dinah Shore’s 1994 funeral, although her ex husband George Montgomery was in fact there.

What about the Centerfold of Cosmopolitan magazine while Helen Gurley Brown was Editor. Oh, what about Deliverance. Burt was in that movie. II wish there was more.
