    I did one of these mistakes. When the big guys at gym tell you something, you tend to listen to them. If you ignore them they get a little aggressive with you because they say "I'm big bro, I got my gains bro, you don't know shit".. don't give in to the gym bullies 😂

    Scott my friend, thankyou for being one of the only real nattys to look up to on RUclips. Also, I was wondering if you could do a video on golfers elbow and how to prevent it. I have golfers elbow from doing heavy curls and skull crushers and now I can't work out :(

    • @eddinep4688

      Ray Doge I had the same problem and simply changed the angle of my lift as well as slightly changed hand position. It worked well for me.

    • @SharpKiller1
      @SharpKiller1 8 лет назад +2

      work with your angle, your range of motion. don't listen to any fool or youtuber...you have completely different body type, different structure, different frame....your range of motion is not the same as others so find out what range of motion and angle is right for your elbow. and start taking glucosamine chondroitin pills. and if you need more detail on this then i'd suggest you go search for "natural gallant bodybuilding channel". you'll find out everything you need to know about natural bodybuilding, workouts, tips, range of motion..pretty much everything

    Mistake #1 isn't really a mistake. Scott, this is not switching from hammer curl to biceps curl. It's called supinating dumbell biceps curl and it actually activates your biceps more. Forearm supination in fact increases your range of motion, not decreases it.

It's just that he doesn't feel the need to brag about it.or to call ppl out all the time and brag about how awesome he is. I'm paranoid to bicep curl at the moment even with wraps. I have had to take a year out training due to the injury. I'm starting lifting again now, going light and being careful. I just watched your hammer curl video, I will start with those. Great videos as always man

    • @robertstyrczula8182
      @robertstyrczula8182 8 лет назад

      oh wrist wraps work wonders, but a little odd if youre working out forearms themselves...what if your doing push ups instead and its in the military, where you cant just pull out a set of wraps for the wrist tendonitis? (no sass, just another perspective) I found that loosening the foreahhhm muscles by rolling them with a tennis ball cures the problem in a couple weeks and then avoiding any direct forearm work i.e. mainly forearm dowel rod wrist twists, but still able to do hammers and wrist curls and what not, just some input!

      ***** I don't know there's pictures of him when he was around 12 years old and the amount of weight he's gained during his years and he looks fit even as a 12 year old, He has really good genetics and if you watch his videos on what he eats, It's insane the amount of food he eats honestly. I don't he seems legit to me for someone that has been training for that many years I don't think it's something unnatural not to mention he doesn't seem to have any side effects of steroid use. Anyways that's my opinion if you want to see the info I got for myself it's right here. aretheyonsteroids.com/is-jeff-seid-taking-steroids-or-is-he-natural/

      Zen Razor Look up Photos of Jeff seid in his transformation I watched one a while back as I was really curious whether he was natural or not but there's one gap I think it's 16-17 where he has a huge huge change like unreal amount of gains happen in that one year and he goes from having a nice body to a shredded body which is a bit dodgey but hey I don't care about Jeff tbh

    Hey Scott. I'm a 60 year old guy who recently about a month and a half back ? Got back into the gym to try and change my health and body looks like getting rid of my pony keg belly while building muscle. Anyway? Here's my question . I do light dumbbells shoulder exercises with work on the side and back deltoids but even trying to do sets of 8- 12 reps? My putter shoulders are really sore almost to the point of raising my arms . The load of weight is a standard 5 - 12 pounds of dumbbell. Is that kind of pain a normal thing ? Or should I be trying something else to strengthen my shoulders. Any suggestions you can give would be appreciated as in a new subscriber. Thanks.
