They do not check credit. That is passed onto the customer when they choose payments. A person could put down half, I’m sure.

Who is putting a gun to anyone's head? Put down a chunk and instead of paying $150/month, pay $250 and pay it off in a year or 2. Besides, how do you feel about mortgages? 100k house/30 yr loan is approx 250k. Do you even 'merica breaux?

Can these sheds legally be converted into tiny home?
It depends on where the building will be delivered and the options you choose. Risk Category 2 Framing, Anchors/Straps, and House Wrap is the minimum starting point. We have customers (mostly in rural areas) that were able to get these permitted to live in. Winston
