My husband and I turned a two story Tuff Shed into a nice cabin that was very livable. People couldn't believe it was originally a shed. We tucked a full bathroom under the stairs and had 4 sets of bunk beds in the upstairs area. One year for the 4th of July we had 16 people that stayed with us and we all had a great holiday. Tiny is terrific!
@@robertpaul50n I would love to make a video but unfortunately we sold it and the 20 acre tract that it sets on. My husband has Multiple Myeloma and he's unable to keep up with the work around the property. We only cleared 2 acres for the cabin and the rest is mostly brush and cactus with a couple of large oak trees. That plus it's 6 hrs away (Utopia, Tx) in the Hill Country, from Houston and the drive is just too much for him. We had planned to retire there but the closest major medical facility is over an hour away.
This was very nicely done, especially how the outdoor space compliments the already adorable tiny home, the river view is the icing on the cake lol..... I am very impressed.
Yeah..the roof is a barn style so more headroom in loft.. but has downstairs sleeping, a full tub shower (I'm guessing from the shower curtain), and a wrap-around (mostly) enclosed porch that basically doubles the floor space... and it's on the water. REALLY nice place!
This is a pretty nice space for a single person or couple. And having a wraparound porch and being nestled comfortably by the lake totally adds to the charm. This is what a winner looks like.
The porch is what's got me and over looking a river!! Reminds me of an apartment I had at the Jersey shore a while back. My outside wrap around porch had more room than the livable space inside! But who cares. I could see the Atlantic ocean!!

The layout & build is great, but personally I would have to add some colours around to warm it up a bit, it always looks so clinical looking with all white decor!
Done so well.....your out door space is Amazing!!! I would have preferred giving the high ceilings more of a loft space and put my bedroom there and gave my Living room more real estate......but other than that.....BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't wait till my daughter buys her house and I do mine in the rear of her property!!!

My family is having to move with a 2 month notice! Rent is being raised to 2000 a month from 1400! We're desperate for a place to live and are trying to figure out how to do this! We're purchasing 5 acres and a shed. Don't know whether we're going to do a shed or metal building yet. But I like this. We would have to extent living space though.
I think I would have put washer dryer in bathroom along with closet and deleted the bedroom in exchange for a bigger living room with recliners that double as a sleeping area. And a bigger shower with room for a seat and railings since I'm getting older.

In the video description it gives the shed size as 12 x 32. I would estimate the screen enclosed deck at 8 or 10 wide.

Honestly that was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!! I would most definitely live in it.
The wonderful porch and the extended roof line to give shade to windows and to keep water away from the foundation is ideal.
