Very cool, I am going with upgraded tie rods very soon so I will be checking the rack as well. Now I know whats in there if I end up rebuilding. Well done!

With that grease work, you can pump extra grease in there to help push dirt out after every ride and water

I really like your KRX videos. I am looking at buy one soon. I am wondering if there is any difference from 2020 to 2024
For my first KRX I’m think of buy used but figured you would be the best to ask if there a better year then the other.

I believe the only real differences are a heat deflector up front to help lower cab temps, upgraded gears in the trans to help the popping out of gear that used to happen a lot on older models and in 2023 they changed the primary clutches a little bit! Nothing to crazy if an older one is in good shape I wouldn’t be worried about buying it

It be good to be able to pump grease in after a ride to help keep or push water out.

6 Months later, any issues with the rack?

The bushings were not snug enough for my liking so I machined my own with much tighter tolerances and then it was perfect after that!

Why are you not running the rubber boots ?

I install the rubber boots after the tie rods are installed.
