Not gon lie…every time you take an extended break I’m like hmmm is it morning sickness?! 😂🫣🫢 so it’s funny that you mentioned that in the video. It’s definitely a different type of struggle/journey to have kids and not be able to do things with just me in mind but honestly our kids do what we do. At least in my experience. I went on a journey and by the end of the 6 weeks, my 5yo was eating raw broccoli out of my bowl! He actually asked for a salad last week! 🤯 it’s different, but still VERY doable, and important to teach them healthy habits anyway. 🤍🤍🤍
I started losing weight when I didn’t focus on loosing weight .. I started to change my mindset instead of calling my self fat , I started to be grateful that I am alive, I am healthy I am breathing affirmation example )x I didn’t body check my body in the mirror . I started to intuitively eat mindfully … I did hiit workout from RUclips 4 x /week .. I also stopped checking how much I weight in the daily . i drastically lost 30 pounds. I was My biggest enemy and critic. But I learned to be gentle with myself 😊
I am a 13 year old that has been homeschooled sense 2nd grade. I just recently moved into an in person school (I’m in 7th grade now) and I’ve been having a really rough time. I have dad issues and friend issues, and for a long time I felt like I couldn’t do anything about it. I had no self love, every time I looked in the mirror I was always sad and disappointed that I didn’t look better. I kept eating junk food and was to full for a real dinner. I kept trying to do workouts and get better but I slowly slipped back into my old habits. I finally told my mom about it and we had a talk. She’s really supportive of me, and I’ve been getting better after just a week now. I even smiled. Ik it doesn’t sound like much but it’s a lot for me. And then I came across this video today. This gave me the motivation. It reminded me that I can do it, even with all the struggle. So thank you, and not thank you just for blessing me, but for blessing everyone.❤
Hey, take your time, keep at it, practice your healthy routine, and keep a journal. You're capable of being your best self. You're so young and very self-aware, which is good. I wish you all the best 🤗

I’ve had to navigate life with the fam but taking care of yourself is still a priority! I just ran my first 5K yesterday and have lost 50 pounds since the beginning of last year. RUclipsrs like you have helped guide me through this journey of self love. I’m reading(audiobooks), journaling, planning, and setting goals for my physical health. Love you Janet! As a fellow shorty like you, I'm 4"9, and a type 1 diabetic, I KNOW the struggle of not having your health and weight under control. It is a daily fight with yourself to do what is right and not give into temptation but once you've figured it out, it's easy peasy! You've done a great job! I'm hoping to one day see a full week of workouts video from you as I struggle to know what to do as a petite. Hopefully, I didn't already miss it. 😆. Keep up the great work!
Ah man I needed to hear this… the bit about getting rid of snacks (so true), ghost mode (I’m getting a lot of unsolicited advice) BUT most importantly the bit about how it’s a challenge and how it will be hard but it’ll be worth it… I shed a tear over that. I’m feeling down right now but I want to pick myself up and move forward. Thank you for this ❤
its a struggle mentally for me. one moment im on a roll then the next if something happens whether its my cycle or a stressor in my life it takes a minute to get back. emotional regulation is my key issue. i use wine or some comfort food to soothe me instead of doing the number 1 regulator. exercise! i keep romanticizing how i was at one point with my regimen years ago instead of starting from where i am now and move forward.
I recently finished the book "the defining decade, why your twenties matter and how to (make the most of them??)" and I feel like it does a great job of explaining the way people in their twenties think (especially young twenties) and specifically with feelings why we tend to "react" a bit more emotionally For anyone wanting to glow up their mindset and is in their twenties -- 10/10 encourage this read! I listened to it on Spotify!
