I think the issue mostly for many people is there are so many things we may want to do. Like work full time, exercise, have a hobby, read more, home cook your meals. Some people are in college or have kids. I think it needs to be helpful to know what to prioritize without getting upset with yourself for not doing everything you want to do to change your life. Or even how to fit all these habits in while having so many other things that need to be done.
I completely agree!! It can be so overwhelming to try to balance it all, that’s why I preface to only do what applies! 😊 It can be hard to do it all at once and I think we should just do things little by little. I’ve been working on this for many years now so I’ve definitely learned to try to fit in my life better but everyone has their own journey. It’s all about that! 🙏🩷
14:16 this!!! I just did 5 days without social media, and I found myself replacing scrolling with reading!! Since that break, I now give myself 30 minutes everyday to schedule, plan, comment, etc., for work, and that’s it. It’s really helped!! Love all these tips, thank you for sharing!!!

Does anyone else find sleep feels like a waste of time? I work a 9-6 and my work is almost 2.5 hours away. Going to bed early feels like I don't leave time to do anything to 'improve' myself. Like study, eat well, shower nicely (ik that sounds weird but still). I find I sacrifice sleep everyday and can't find a good routine to get into that works and helps me better myself. and I want to be better but I can't seem to find a way
Our brains want to be very efficient machines. Think of it this way, if sleep wasnt important then the brain wouldn’t make us spend ~30% of the day doing it.

It's sounds like a highly unsustainable situation. Commuting to work for 5h a day is really harsh. But you can study during that time, read books.
