It's the same with Vitamin C, which is why I take a timed-release form of that. It's my understanding that all of the B-Complex vitamins work together more efficiently than just taking the one B12.
lazy tip for cleaning the food processor: put some hot water and a little bit of dish soap in there and process it! gets all the veggie pieces out of the nooks and crannies for you

It all looks delicious! Do you ever do a freezer meal prep? I seen some non vegan videos where they just dump everything in a freezer bag and freeze them. Then they have what's in it on the bag and then pull something out of the freezer and just dump it in a slow-cooker.
I love to meal prep when I have the time. I like to make a huge salad with my favorite homemade dressing, along with a type of soup, curry, rice, etc. Love your video as always! Love from Texas 🤠 ❤

I somewhere read that apple cider vinegar along with some other types of vinegar are not vegan because of the filtration process. Can you please elaborate this, should we use them or not.❤🙏
I don’t know about other vinegars though I’d imagine with the fruit based ones a similar issue arises, which is nematode worms in the “vinegar mother” no involuntary protein for me tyvm lol 😅

For me 1/2 c is a massive portion. As I said I cannot eat big breakfasts early in the morning. My default serving of oats (on my day off, for brunch) is 1/3 cup, but I also add lots of fruit. Yesss. I made your toona protein pasta salad last week and was soooo good. That dill 🤤🤤🤤 Used all mayo cuz don’t have any vegan Greek yogurt. But I might go searching for that Riveria yogurt the next time I make a pasta salad. Hopefully it helps to cut back a bit on the fats in mayo. I need to go compare how much fat mayo vs Riveria Greek yogurt is….. 🤔 I tend to eat high fat so it’s good to find substitutes to have a little less here n there.

There are lots of brands of vegan Greek yogurt in Canadian grocery stores like Superstore, Sobeys, especially this brand, I see them there all the time
The RDA of protein for an adult woman is 46 grams of protein per day. People with very high physical activity can take in more, but over consumption of protein can have adverse health effects - some major. It is extremely rare for a person living in an industrialized country to be protein deficient, yet people still tend to think they need more. Please do some research (in actual, peer-reviewed medical journals) and take care not to perpetuate unhealthy practices.
That may be true for women on a carnivore diet, but for vegans it’s not unusual to be protein deficient. You really have to work at it. Hence her video, which I appreciate. 💚
Ugh when “body builder bros” (aka regular guys who say they can’t go vegan bc they want to have gains) tell me it’s impossible to get enough protein whilst vegan. I’ll just send them this video next time!
I love you so much, Rose, but please don't use terms like "fake meat." We are always trying to normalize a plant-based diet and I'm sure you'd agree that we don't ever want to hold up meat products as the golden standard with everything else being "faux" or "pseudo" versions of "the real thing." I do a whole training on it every year, but Colleen Patrick-Goudreau also talks about the power of language all the time if you ever wanna check it out. Love you!! ❤

I'm not a huge fan of tofu😭. I'm just not fond of the texture at all but the Buddha bowl minus that looks amazing! But but the fake meats comment! The fake meats always get me😆 I make a veggie burger, I want to eat the veggies. NOT bloody looking veggies lol. If I wanted to see bloody pink meat, I'd just eat cow right? Kinda makes moot the point of eating veg😆
At some point, you'll maybe have to take away the "cheap" portion of your channel because supplements and protein powder, they sure ain't cheap at all. Neither is PB2.

Always make sure to rinse brown rice because it has high levels of arsenic. By a good rinse, you can reduce the amount greatly.

You honestly don’t need the added empty calories and fat from the oil. All of your wonderful recipes would be even better without that.
