These are really beautiful! I did this last year & had a blast. The only thing I did differently is, I put a little liquid glue & glitter to coat inside of ornament then taped along the outside seam so bloom side 'didn't' drip😂. On glitter side I used some rhinestones, a dot mandala design or wrote a message to change it up. I also had some old cookie tins that I painted the bottom one color (some I did dotting) & did a bloom on lid. I taped the rims (inside lid/outside bottom) where they touch so friction wouldn't wear off paint. I sealed with spray sealer. They turned out great! I used them to put gifts in. Wish I could share photos. Thank you for sharing your technique ❤

You know Angelia, it just sickens me when I hear of losers who are out to spread their hateful rhetoric. I am so sorry that even in this time of year when many of us count our blessings and try to spread love to our neighbors, that some have nothing better to do than try to hurt others. I think it is usually because they have nothing better to do (unfortunately) and they somehow like saying these things mainly because they're jealous. I'm glad you deleted them. Most of us dislike to also read these comments and for me (being an empath), it sends sadness for you, me, and anyone who has to contend with such rubbish. Chalk it up to a sourpuss who hates perhaps most things.
For myself, I love your beautiful ornaments. I've never seen anything like them. And I really love the cells that popped up. I've done a few paint pours, but truly appreciate the opportunity to learn a new idea with paint pouring. Thank you for your time and talent. XOXOJANE

I just found your channel and have subscribed. Are these ornaments you used plastic or glass? I would like to give them a try so need to know what to look for as I am not in the US. I am American but live in Scotland and cannot wait to get back home next year to get them from the US. I would like to make some xmas and Yule gifts for family and friends using your technique.
They are absolutely stunning! And I love that your hubby helps you work out different solutions. The rubber tip on the stick is perfect. As I knit, I probably would have just used a rubber bit that you put on your needles to protect your project from unraveling and to protect the needles from poking out of the bag the project is in.
Thank you for sharing and explaining, I am excited to try this. ❤

@@AngeliaBlissArt Thank you so much Angelaia, I thought they might be but I try never to assume. I miss Michael’s lol they always have such a great range of products! Your videos are simply fantastic and your enjoyment of the process you are teaching comes through. I watched a bunch of your previous videos early this morning. I also must thank you for having captions turned on…I am an insomniac now that I have reached perimenopause, and so I watch various craft videos (rather than shopping lol) so hubby can sleep. And the ones who have captioning on are so much more enjoyable because I can follow along. So thank you for that also. I understand creating the video tutorials can take a great deal of time and so I greatly appreciate the effort you make on our behalf!
These ornaments looked like they were such fun to make as did the hydro plunge ones you did and your enthusiasm came through even in the captioning. I softly uttered “oh wow” at the same time you did when you poured the paint inside and swirled it. It was so freaking cool. I also love the fact that no two ornaments are ever the same. When you were pouring the red, green and copper one, I turned my nose up at the thought, I have never been a fan of the red and green combo, but omg they turned out gorgeous and I think they were my favourite. I love when someone can change my mind like that. I had only ever done any pours with fractals using a hairdryer…while home in the US I went to a paint and sip class and this was what they were doing. They never mentioned it could be done simply by using a straw or tube, that bit of info blew me away…no pun intended. 😂
The sign of a great teacher is that they can get their student enthusiastic. And so I think it is safe to say that you are a great teacher. Ok, I am off to order some ornaments and a few more metallic paints…and I will be making a few red and green ones for my own tree too. Thanks again, I truly appreciate the effort you make to bring us these tutorials and the inspiration it unlocks. ❤️
