    This is good rice!
Reminds me of a tex-mex recipie that my mother usta' cooked for years, only we didn't have the ground beef.
For those that can't eat beef, you can substitute par-broiled shredded chicken instead of beef. Do not top with shredded cheese. Top with real bacon crumbles, or you can use, "Bacon Bits" if you're lazy.
If you like spicy, top with fresh Pico De Gallo. Just don't drown-it in Tobasco, nor Picante sauce. Serve with hot flour tortillas instead if bread. If you don't know how to warm 'em on the stove top burners, use the microwave. If you're Mexican, and don't know how to warm up flour tortillas on the stove top burners, turn-in your Mexican card.
