I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody melt something in a pot before they add it to a crockpot which is going to heat up and melt anything anyway. How about you skip the first step and just throw it all in the crockpot like how it’s meant to be and then start at the end. JS
Finally someone who uses the same ingredients from Walmart that I do ffs who puts ranch seasoning packets into a bowl to use it thanks for keeping it real man
Looks good. You should experiment with some seasonings. For me with the chicken I would add black pepper , garlic powder , onion powder , chili powder and dry oregano. Mix the chicken and add to the crock pot. Go crazy with seasonings and see what works for you.
I am going to try this because the chicken turned out so tender. No matter how I cook chicken it turns out tough and dry. I haven't tried my crock pot, so here goes...
Made this and added can of corn to it, made a big difference, made it before same as video and it’s good, but the corn added a nice texture...put it over some bow tie pasta
LOOKS GOOD BUT IF YOU WANTED SOME CARBS, SOME BROTH AND NODDELS IN IT ALONG WITH SOME ONION,CELERY AND MUSHROOMS, OOOOOOOOOOO, BTW IM NOT SCREAMING,USE CAPS CUZ I SEE IT BETTER SORRY
Definitely seasoned the chicken and the cheese was the first ingredient. I thought of when he said it was missing something.. Definitely making this but adding cheese to the top.
Cauliflower be very good but for me it would be brown rice or couscous. Will have to try it out for a different supper. Take care of you all. Thanks for sharing eh :))
I'm only feeding two people me and my seven-year-old son. Can I use one can of cream of chicken and half of the cream cheese? I'm using only two chicken breasts.
It had something for everyone, asmr, crockpot and quick fix dinner recipes. Shane, its great to see you feet on the ground and feeding us. ❤❤❤❤❤ Love YA!!
If you have high blood pressure please check the sodium content on all this stuff. That ranch packet is loaded with unhealthy garbage that sent me to the ER..
My dad gave me this recipe. We like to add sautéed onion and garlic in the last hour. We shred it and put over cauliflower rice👌 Yours looks delicious!
..I'd sear the chix. first, for a few minutes, and season with some garlic powder, onion powder and Pepper . No salt until it can be tasted, to adjust the salt level.. I'd also add some red pepper fkakes, just a bit of it to " have something extra " in the mix. This would be really good over cooked rice, or mashed potatoes.
It is delicious we really enjoyed it. I didn't have chicken breast on hand so use chicken thighs. Besides Ranch packets again i only had 1. So I added dried onion soup mix to it. We really like it. Thanks for the inspiration.
I’ve seen this recipe a few times on YT. Some folks don’t mix anything. Whole chicken breasts. Soup dumped in. Cream cheese dumped in. Set on low for 6 to 8 hours. Anyone have thoughts as to whether or not this would make a difference?
I really doubt that it would make a difference. I sure would. I hate washing dishes to begin with. I think this would make a good "base" recipe and then tweak it out.
Thanks for the recipe. I decided to spice it up and add some garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and stove top chicken stuffing mix… it was sooooo good!
I like the idea of mixing the soup and cream cheese together before you pour it over the chicken. Most just dump it on and usually don't even spread it out. This is much better
I've made this with 1/2 cup white wine swished in the soup can + adding some sliced mushrooms. The recipe I use calls for a packet of Italian salad dressing powder.Cook on high 3 or so hrs. But I used 4 chicken breasts.❤
Instant pot no you add the chicken to the crockpot in the am then about a hour before dinner shred the chicken add the rest the ingredients. Allow it to get to your desirable temperature and serve.
It wouldn't hurt anything to just add all the ingredients to the crockpot and let it do what it does, then just give it a couple stirs. Skip the first step and save some time and a pot to clean.
We have tried it both ways and like this way better. Even after a good stir we had cream cheese clump up and we ended up getting a bite full of cream cheese. Please feel free to do what you like. Thanks for watching.
I'm going to make this next week. Looking forward to it. Keep crockpot recipes coming.
I just made this recipe and it is so delicious. I served it with creamy mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables too. Good job👍🏻 Thanks 🤗

How'd it turn out for u?
Yeah I don’t think it’s possible to mess up chicken in a crockpot, it’s great
I noticed that when we add cans of any kind the food tastes saltier is there a way we can lemonade that so much sodium
Maybe a little poultry seasoning & black pepper, and then add sautéed onion & minced garlic about last hour of cooking time
Made this and added can of corn to it, made a big difference, made it before same as video and it’s good, but the corn added a nice texture...put it over some bow tie pasta
Great idea 💡 I am trying this
I'm gonna do my first with corn. I love corn so much I could eat it for dessert.
Bacon put bacon in it 🤙 thank me later
When do u add the bacon???
LOOKS GOOD BUT IF YOU WANTED SOME CARBS, SOME BROTH AND NODDELS IN IT ALONG WITH SOME ONION,CELERY AND MUSHROOMS, OOOOOOOOOOO, BTW IM NOT SCREAMING,USE CAPS CUZ I SEE IT BETTER SORRY

That looks delicious, it also would taste good on white rice or with Futtucini noodles, yummy !!!
I put stuffing on top of mine
Bacon bits shredded cheese onion powder garlic salt black pepper and salt. That’s how I made it with these ingredients and it was amazing.
Definitely seasoned the chicken and the cheese was the first ingredient. I thought of when he said it was missing something.. Definitely making this but adding cheese to the top.

Perhaps seasoning other than the ranch. Some onion, bell peppers...that's what's missing.
I thought cream of chicken has hi carbs bc of the flour? Maybe not
All of that extra dish washing lol. You didn't need any of that
i cant wait to make it for dinner for my family tomorrow,,, yumm
Green chilies…it could use those
I'd add a can of green chili's and GSP
Siri recommend this to me. Cool. Shane is famous
I still don’t know why this video has done so well
Making this tonight I think 🤔 I may make mashed potatoes with it or Carrots 🥕 🙌🏼😍
Add broccoli
I like how you put it over the cauliflower. Looks delicious. Great job
Looks good Shane! Nothing like a nice simple crockpot dinner. Have a great week brother!

An ingredient that you didn’t mention that I thought belonged in the dish was chopped or sliced celery. Also seasoning of course.
Tom Sisson
I put cute up potatoes
YUM !!!!!! I believe the missing ingredient is garlic ... TY
Maybe put onion and garlic powder on chicken while its hanging out. Add bacon.
I keep the extra pair of kitchen shears clean and on the counter. Also I added two good shakes of crushed red pepper to the cheese/soup mix.
This is good with rice.Onions and garlic cloves would be good too.
I feel like that extra ingredient your missing is bacon 🥓 lol yum
Add a can of rotes it makes a different but it’s good with or without thank you sir for your videos

How long???
I cooked for a little over 8 hours. Turned it on before work and when I came home it was ready.
I use a tsp of minced garlic
Making this again today 🙈👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😁
Making this today thanks 👌
Add a can of green chili peppers
Can anyone open cream cheese easily? Not me!
Missing seasoning while cooking. Garlic powder. Onion powder. Salt. Pepper. Maybe some Italian seasoning and paprika.
Alyssa Carter the ranch packet is where the flavor comes from
I will not put salt 🧂 I think the chicken cream have plenty
That sounds good with cauliflower!
Can you use bone in chicken
IF you'd like I don't see why not!!
Add some salt and pepper to the chicken before you put it in the crockpot
Thanks for the recipe. I decided to spice it up and add some garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and stove top chicken stuffing mix… it was sooooo good!

Do you know how many mins. In Instant pot? Looks good. I think my boys wld like it.
Instant pot no you add the chicken to the crockpot in the am then about a hour before dinner shred the chicken add the rest the ingredients. Allow it to get to your desirable temperature and serve.
Unhealthy. Ugh I'm juicing now and changed my nasty habits. I'm gonna be healthier and happier
