Simple process but hard to do. If anyone says losing wight is easy. They lying. The process is simple. Burn more calories than consume. Hard because there are so many temptations. I never lived a healthy lifestyle in my life. So learning to do that is a hard process as well. But I am getting it.

Right on man, I'm impressed you're out of bed and was in awe in that video where you were walking laps on the track, I couldn't believe it! As for healthy food ideas to make on the road, purchase tortillas, cooked chicken from the deli, cheese slices, one tomato, and either guacamole or salsa. Store this in either the fridge or the cooler, cut the tomato into slices, and make a quick chicken roll when it's time to eat. Use small portions with the chicken, like 2 nuggets amount per roll, and add hot sauce to make it extra good. Don't eat more than 3 rolls a day. Also, purchase a container of mixed leafy greens and a container of berries. For dinner, just grab a handful of the leafy greens and add a toddler sized handful of berries to make an easy salad. Eat 2 eggs every morning. These are cheap and healthy options if you've got a camp stove and a cooler.

When I'm on trips I have my camping stove with me. I do oatmeal with berries for breakfast. Lunch is white rice and kimchi or a vegetable stir fry. Do you have a stove with you? If you make rice it's easy to portion out in little cups in the cooler.

We can lose weight going to restaurants. I’ve done it. Find the foods we can eat. Crab Rangoon is one my favorite foods, but each one is around 80 calories. I know if I have two at my favorite restaurant, then I shouldn’t have my dessert piece of tiramisu at the end.

Get an electric hotplate and a way to supply power to it. They make ones you can use off your cars battery. A cutting board and some recipes off youtube or facebook are good. There are many groups there for it. Make sure you have a way to store and dispose of food waste because even if u use all the scraps u make it is still an issue. Unfortunately a lot of areas are trying to regulate that so the government can maintain order but there are still spaces out there for that and if there arent people need to lobby to do something about it. Hopefully that info helped you a little bit. I wish you both the best of luck on your journey. Be safe.

I use Chobani Greek yogurt to wean myself off of mayo and sour cream. First start by mixing half yogurt and mayo together in a bowl and use it for whatever you like mayo on and the same with a sour cream mix with half yogurt and use that in what you put sour cream on the yogurt takes on the flavor of whatever you mix it with after awhile you use less mayo or sour cream. I promise you won’t miss either, after about six months you will learn to season the yogurt to your liking with anything. Hope this helps 😊❤.

You didn't get over weight over night and you wont loose it over night. Its a journey, live and enjoy it xoxo

William, I've lost over 300 pounds over the span of my life, and I gained it back every time - 50 pounds, then 50 pounds, then 70 pounds, and I don't know how many 30 pound losses. It wasn't until I figured out that I had to address what was going on in my head that caused me to keep going back to unhealthy habits that I have been able to sustain any weight loss. You are on the right track, and we all love following you. By the way, when are you going to release a new video on RUclips? Hope it's soon.

PER YOUR REQUEST VIA THIS VID.
Re: cooking on the road. if you're doing car and hotels: purchase food at the nearest supermarket - fresh cut cold cuts, not prepackaged, leafy greens of choice to use instead of bread or wraps to make samiches; check sugars on condiments and dressings - the closer to original the ingredients are the better - and enjoy. Fresh fruits aka nature's candy as deserts; cereals.
These and more are what I do as I drive for a living. I also think in terms of what aids my body's systems in order to do what it needs to do. By doing that my body can perform as it's designed to. You're taking care of your vehicle! You've got this!!
FORGOT if you're traveling by RV, you can cook food how you all like it and prep it to be travel food.
