I agree with the comments of other Cliff fans. Cliff and the Shadows were and still one of the best rock n roll group going..
Better still the original Shadows with Jet Harris on base, prominent and fine drumming by Tony Meehan. For me nothing like the original Shadows.
Maravilloso, como todas presentaciones, perfectas. Musica baile , coreografías excelentes...🎉 Lindo show.🎉
After all those years, still no group is able to generate a sound remotely resembling the sound of The Shadows
This is how Rock&Roll started in Europe!
Absolutely brilliant. British rock and roll at it's finest.
Wow. Pure English rock n roll... This song launched lundreds of top brit bands, singers... Inc beatles!!

All that plus MEAZZI echo box…😊
Cliff Richard always be a British rock and roll singer forever 🎤🎸🥁🎵❤😁🎹💿
Great to see Norrie Paramor on this clip. He helped mold 2 great singers, Cliff and Helen Shapiro.
A dalokat felül múlja a megjelenésed. ❤Szuper.
Love the enthousiasm from the producer/engineer on the solo at 1:00. A lot older guys back in the day..
Szuper ❤
Nice voice, nice clothes, nice hair, nice moves. He has everything.
Agree absolutely
Your forgetting Christiane it's also a very good up beat record around 65 years old but sounding v good
Even now nothing today sounds anywhere near as good.
U took the words out of my mouth.
I’m from another generation but i grew up with music like this, when i was very little my thought sir Cliff sang “Jezus it’s you” and that’s what i sing along this song..oh men what a big shame on me ☺️
Love this Godly man to bits ❤❤
Great times. I was 6 when this came out and loved the music back then. Better time with better music and better people. 👍
Fantastic
Very nice
Saw him perform live at the Granada Walthamstow about the time of this.
Live! He really was that good.
Jet Harris, Fender should bring a tribute model out
So young, so professional. Unstoppable Cliff.
Aint Cliff and the Shadows the original boy band, before boy bands became a dime a dozen?
@@santanugmail I think it’s more complicated than that, and it’s a good thought. In those days, ‘bands’ as such, didn’t exist in pop music, except to support the star vocalist. The Beatles were an early group to resist this idea and be known as an entity without a lead singer. Perhaps the difference between bands in the late 50/60s and in more modern times is that they were organic - ie. Less likely to be assembled by a management team with the intent of marketing an image and music. This was long before pop groups were assembled in real time on TV reality shows.
@@elvisonwax Thanks ...yes like food organic is good in music and bands too.
The teenagers a doowop group
Cliff Richard, Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch,Jet Harris, Tony Meehan together!!!
What a Marvellous Group at that Particular time. From 1959 to 1963.
The real shadows
Great film clip, thanks. Not seen VOX amps like that....
AC15 two tone TV front from 1960
My brothers group had one fantastic sound.also not the mezzio echo box.
Omg ... the first ever Vox AC15's !!
Light on his feet
My idols of the early sixties, I was in heaven when they would make their appearance on tv shows like ‘ thank your lucky stars’ or the London palladium. Hank was always my favourite shadow
Amazing performance by my favorite singer
Love this song.
love this clip
Hu ft ft
He's got everything very bankable our hero.
Lovely song~☮️ 💎 🕊 🕉 ❣️
Classic British Rock n Roll 👍👍

The y are beautiful, Nice and healthy ❣️👍
Jiving in the school gym with Christine, Anne, Susan or Linda!
The best!!
The shadows were the first famous group to use vox amps, here with their ac15s and shortly afterwards the ac30s, which the Beatles made even more famous
The ac15s look tiny by todays standards!
Those vox a m p s were made for the shadows
Long live british rock'n'roll from an italian!
Better than commercial version.
Love you
Thanks for uploading, I didn't know that there's a live video of this song from Me and My Shadows album!
Thank you 👍 😜
You are much better how Elvis💟🎶💟🎶💟🎶💟🎶💟🎶

His close-up shots remind me of a young Johnny Depp.

Well my freind kiss for you'rs congratulaciones
Cliff is 78 years
VOX AC15, the best! The Binson was a great help too.
I rank Cliff and Billy Fury on the same level.
AT THE SAME TIME BEATLES WERE GETTING READY FOR THEIR FIRST INVASION TO ... HAMBURG! . . . MACH SHAU!!
Weird! Do performers bow when they are in a recording studio?
Looks like Norrie Paramour at the console RHS pretending to dig the music.
loved the shads....hated welch.....nasty peice of work...
This Hank Marvin guy stole Buddy Holly whole schtick excpt he didn't sing
He did sing, allways has and sang lead vocals on many numbers like ‘ don’t make my baby blue’ 👍
Before the Shadows were famous instrumentalists, they were an Everly brothers type outfit with perfect harmonies.
Brutta copia di Elvis Presley
The sex pistols of the 1950s
