I know showing property is probably not an easy thing to do. I would like to give you a tip. Watch Chakits Krulsawat on RUclips. He's a real estate agent in Vegas. Watch his videos to get a guideline on how he describes the features in the homes. Before you show the homes/property, have a sheet printed out describing the square footage, pricing, the builder etc. It must be extremely hard to do it raw. With no information on the place. You'll get better at this....just keep trying.👍🏡😉

How many Americans can afford houses in Beverly Hills or Malibu? Just because this house is fancy doesn’t mean there aren’t houses within the price range of the majority/ regular people. The target buyer for this developer is different.
