Agent, next time make sure the power is on. I could not see anything in the walkin closet
Thanks for the work and thank you for telling us the price in all of your videos. ☺️👍
Why do you have to import materials from Italy...arnt there any African countries that has high quality products that you can use ?..if I'm from Europe I wouldn't be impressed with European imports
"showed you an amazing beautiful house that you can actually afford." Most Americans can't afford that unless their upper class or rich. And if they have that much money why would they move away from the job that makes it possible?
It's not worth 350k ...its not bad but way too expensive

I agree but the diaspora does have people with money so Africa inflated the prices because of it. You can build the same house for less if you hire the people yourself...
This is nice but definitely not $300.000 house.
Especially not in Uganda
These houses could be more expensive than Properties in The United States and Canada. Could be the location.
These agents and property owners are cheats. Indians own these properties and tripple the prices.

The question I have is why is a $150,000 home that's not on or near the beach being sold for $350,000. The surrounding neighborhood looks undeveloped, is there something is missed?
Everything is inside the house only bring your clothes
Have u been to Uganda, I have... All I have to say is it's Uganda
Overpriced, very corrupt Uganda. Uganda Zaaaabuuuuu 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It looks good but need more lighting and you are moving too fast.
Damn, does this agent ever smile....how does he get customers?
I do realize it's a video, but I get the sense that the materials and quality is not up to the valuation. Even the properties in the United States are way way way over valued.
These our Ugandans just say things anyhow thinking money is gotten from trees, for them they steal these monies and think everyone who will buy gets it they way they do
Hello watch your video and love it. To buy a house in Uganda what must the credit score be coming from America?
One thing I have noticed is that the closets in these bedrooms are very small. I own a lot of clothes. Where would I put them? And why are these closets so tall? Just seems that every African house I've seen has 14 ft. closets. Please explain why.
hahahah ceiling are generally higher than in western countries and closes too so the upper decks are for suitcases or other heavy materials - they have a concrete roof.
@@rachelkasumba1078 I guess I will have to request Western style then. I have three six-foot closets for clothes which I use. I like them. Also, I prefer not to store large and heavy items overhead.
For everyone tripping off the 300k price you know its Africa bring cash and negotiate and its yours half off.👍🏿
FOH that is Bushman business. If the house is worth 120k, sell it for or maybe a small margin more.
Naw, real estate is to important of a purchase to have to enter in to bullshit, halfshot, over raided negotiations.
I will haggle over fish in the market, but not over my house. This is 2020. I'll just walk away and find what I want for the price I'm willing to pay.
350k cannot get you this in New York, It's nice but I think there are better luxury homes in Africa for similar prices.
True
Joanita...! 🖤♥️💛
Our Africa mama is so beautiful ever why wasting time in west Europe and amerika? GOD one day this will be mine. I started my trip back to Africa.
Jesus help me with my husband to such a house in Jesus name 🙏
Work and pray
My daughter go and work
Based on what I see, this house is overpriced, and there is nothing special about it. The fittings seem very basic. I'll pass.

@@AfroEthernet Like I said NRM corruption leads to this. They need to hide the stolen cash. They will pay $500K if they are asked.
Hated the way the camera man was showing the property. Didn’t even show the living room. I don’t like that everything is imported. Support local business
this Duplex buildings bought are posible for $300,000 prices in landon.
Have some lights if you are going to show the property
Cool.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Professor Mgtow yo bro!!
This house is not a good design. It's just luxury for luxury sake.

the houses are nice but do they take Canadian dollar or they only take the us dollar
They take all dollar...!
They take dollars and euros
They take all dollars including Zimbabwean Dollars (aka Zim Dollars).
Only USD and Ugandan Shillings
Why it’s Nigeria man
Not worth it. No yard.
Master Bedroom and bathroom is in the dark. Go over the Utube video.
Not worthy for that amount. The surrounding areas are Gettos. The roads going to the place are terrible.

This is a very beautiful home 🏡 and a very helpful vedio 😊🤗.
Over priced for a basic house... nothing wow or even of expensive to value this house that much... the neighborhood don’t look too upscale. Would rather keep my money and buy land and build my dream home or a house of character and wow factor... me as a Ugandan in the UK I wouldn’t buy this rubbish...

Can I get yo insta so we can talk bufu german
Dude, work on your lighting and try to go slow with the video, don't do too much fancy work with the transition, you're showing property, not your transition skills, so, work on that and your production quality will improve. And also try watching your stuff on RUclips, it helps to tell you what to work on. Thank you
