. 1.6 million? You can pay for an entire life and your kids life in Uganda with that kind of money. And you have neighbors? Is it an apartment or a home? No land? I think they keep giving us the inflated American prices. You would never be able to resale it for 2 million dollars. 🤦🏾♂️
The real estate business in Uganda is very exaggerated and a bubble waiting to bust. Imagine this house has no fully installed hvac system. No alternative power systems installed like perhaps solar panels or standby generator..terrible finishing for $ 1.6b home.
Too much talking puts us off. The house is okayish but not my kind of house coz i like a bright house. The kitchen is too dark and so is the master bedroom. The too much wood makes the house too dark so i hope your other houses are better

I believe a 10 year old child escorting the realtor would have done better may be asked better questions. That said you can tell she is a nice person
