- New York City Mayor Eric Adams has been indicted on five federal charges related to bribery, wire fraud, conspiracy and soliciting campaign contributions from foreign nationals, according to a 57-page indictment unsealed Thursday morning.
The indictment alleges illegal actions stretching back to 2014, from when he was Brooklyn Borough president.

No, he did this to himself. He knew there were already millions of homeless and people being evicted from their homes in NYC. His biggest mistake was, at least, he didn’t even ‘pretend’ to try and do something and anything for the already struggling citizens of NYC. All NYC residents would have stood by the mayor if he ‘bypassed’ the ‘sanctuary city’ law and ‘extracted’ all the ‘illegal migrants’ back to the borders. And the governor is just as inefficient. 🤷🏼

Eric Adam is a good man. One of the best. He got tired of seeing his people suffering so he told the truth about immigration even though he knew his own people (Democrats) would punish him for it. A true American.

Oshay i’m a lifelong NYC Democrat first time I was able to vote it was for Obama did it twice now even if Obama was running I still wouldn’t vote for him. I haven’t reach to point to vote Republican yet, but perhaps in the future that might change.

You have to read no civilian will be denied , his or her liberty, property ....without due process of law. Read towing cases and laws initiated against NYC for towing parked vehicles. Then read the towing laws for moving violations. You cannot use moving violations towing laws for parked non moving items. Well, at least the Africans are actually doing something constructive. That...I can say. They aren't getting into any trouble. I just hate sharing the elevators with the e-bikes. As for the other groups, all they're doing is flooding them in and preparing them in secret to vote. I've seen the signs up. Even with the limited Spanish I know, I can at least read much of it. This was already back in the early summer when things were kicking into high gear. They're preparing them to vote in the primary in both NYC and NJ. The stop I get my bus is a civic center and they started putting up signs for registering to vote. So if you thought the "sanctuary city" was going away. I have a bridge to sell you. Now you know WHY they were NEVER going to get rid of it. They used it when Trump was in office when he was deporting people, and all these cities started doubling down saying they would protect them. Lori Lightfoot, Hochul, Adams and later Brandon inherited what Lightfoot left when she was kicked out. So they're going to keep it in place as a measure depending on what happens this Nov. But regardless of whose in office, they aren't reversing it. You'd need some hardcore "racist" that would do something about it. But NYC is so apathetic, they aren't going to do a thing about it. Oh they're groaning about it, but they aren't going to say how they really feel. What they will do is just accept it that they aren't some "red" state.
