Please give the developers this feedback - install sod grass in all common areas where there's grass - it is available in Kenya - current grass is so unsightly. I am sure for what they are asking, they can afford it. Otherwise due to your professional videography, reporting and attention to detail I will also use your services in future African projects in the not so distant future. Thanks.

I agree the issue is caused by not having a fully regulated Housing Market. This makes it difficult to obtain low interest loans like you have in most developed Countries. There's a few factors why the charge like this , the main factor is location , Further more when there's more demand for housing , more buyers will be in the market for homes, which drives up prices.
