    I didn’t understand you mentioned 12 year payment plan.
    Are you trying to say that if I want to buy I dont have to pay all the amount with one time.Isn’t it?

    • @ConnectWithUganda
      @ConnectWithUganda  3 года назад +1

      You pay 30% initial deposit (at the start) 30% over the next 18 months, at that point construction is done and you enter the apartment (at 60% payment) then you pay the remaining 40% over 10.5 years (rent to own) program. Watch the entire video, you will understand. He breaks it down properly whether you want 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment.

      True. Open plan kitchens smell up the whole apartment space. Which isn't nice if you need to do more than eating.

      They trying to go American without really putting in the money but to collect. When you think of all these projects, think of shudir's business practices.

      This space is too small, pre-furnised and it comes with lights, and curtain rods🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣no stove, they are bragging about the paint. That's a must. Feels like a jail cell on the outside with the bars🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣a kid or drunk person kicks that glass🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣there flies one resident. Glad I have been in the USA to see reality and pure bullshit.
