Ordered a accufab TB couple weeks ago and the throttle lever was bent. Sent them a picture through a text message and Sent a replacement within a couple days. Got love that
Yep always had excellent service. People always bitch about their boxes. LMR has always done right by me. I ordered a brand new B303 cam. Got the box and No cam inside. Found a rip corner of the box was and the cam fell out I guess. No questions they sent me a new cam.

Yes! Stuff happens and the other famous mustang part store did NOT like. LMR has always been GREAT! They have ALWAYS made it right for me. American muscle not so much.
Same experience with LMR. I ordered the GT fog lights and the lens fell out. I reached out to them with an email with photos and received a call from them saying they were shipping me a replacement out. Only one was faulty. The box came in and they essentially me a complete set. Their customer service is second to none. They support us Foxbody owners like no one else. I am indeed thankful for them!
The only problem I had with LMR was the XXL shirts (my size) which is the largest size they had was too small. I would of liked to be able to wear it, but now my gf wears it as a nighty lol.
Lmrs customer service is great, i havent had many issues but the few i have, they have taken care of quickly and didnt make me deal with fedex, i use the ups option when i order from them now, fedex sucks!
Ive owned my 91 for 18+ years, every time and i do mean every time i need something for her they are my #1 go to!! Matter of fact as i write this im waiting on a package with some goodies!!

Great video Gary!! and I’ve had the same experience with LMR. One of my saleen wheels had a noticeable bend on the lip so I called them up and they immediately sent a UPS guy out to pickup the bent wheel and had a new wheel in 2 days. I buy everything from them. Cheers! 👊🏼🏁

LMR is great! I ordered a Cervini cobra spoiler for my 88 vert. The first one arrived with a crack. It could likely have been fixed fairly easily but they sent a new one and told me to keep/sell the old one! On top of that -the NEW spoiler was packaged incorrectly and even though the box said it was for the vert it was a hatch version. Guess what???? They sent yet another one! That's over $600 U.S in parts and they did not want either back (I asked a few times). That included the shipping to Canada -TWICE!
My convertible top motor went out so I ordered one from lmr. They sent it and as soon as I hooked it up it leaked fluid from a seal. Sent them an email and within a week a new motor was at my door (I'm in nova scotia). Hooked this one up and leaked in same gasket. Contacted them again and sent video of leak. Within a week a new one showed up. It worked for a few days then leaked again. I contacted them and they refunded me my money and apologized they don't have a motor that would work and recommend I get one from another supplier.....and they didn't ask for theirs back. By far best customer service. I tell everyone to not even look at other sites and just order from lmr. In the long run its worth it. Another thumbs up for them. My wife went into my wishlist on lmr and bought me wheels and tires I've been eyeing up. She created her own account and ordered them after telling them what she was doing. After they arrived they even had a follow up email to make sure they showed up and everything was good.....outstanding service. I will never go elsewhere.
Lmr is a great company to deal with. They will call you with any issues or answer any questions. I have the same shifter you have and it seems that particular shifter does move the shifter more to the middle (like you said 3rd). The stock as you know has a hood bent to it so this will move it more to the right. I love the shifter have not had issues with mine aswell and love it. Good vid!
I agree whole heartedly with you assessment of LMR. I've had a couple of very minor issues with an order and they always bend WAY over backwards to make it right. Not only are they my go to source for fox body parts, they're my only source. Also, what headlights do you have in your '91 GT. In the video, they look like they could be the diamond clears. Thanks! Absolutely Bill!!! As for the headlights, they are LMR’s stock replacement. They are not the diamond clears. I have the diamond clears in my coupe though 👍
Great video. Also had a positive experience with LMR. Sunroof trim weatherstripping. Put in on and it didn’t fit, huge gaps. Couple emails back and forth and new one in the box. I was also thinking I would have to pay shipping!! Great company indeed
Great honest video! I had a similar experience with LMR where some parts were actually missing from my order. I called them and they sent replacements free of charge and with free shipping. They even helped me out on my next few orders with discounts. Their Customer Satisfaction Values are top notch.. .This is not a plug for them, but my honest feelings...💯👊🏾

Out of all the parts I have ordered from them over the past 18 months I have only had one issue (defective part) I believe it was a TPS sensor. Within 30 minutes of contacting them I had a tracking number with another TPS on the way. Thank You for all of the great videos and kudos to LMR and all of their fantastic team!
I have ordered parts from LMR for my 1990 Foxbody Mustang. I also have found their customer service to be excellent. The only problem I have is they have been back order on map pockets for well over a year now. I’m looking for scarlet red with no luck. I called them and they say couple of months and apologized for the inconvenience. Any suggestions where I can buy new map pockets - mine are original and are sagging.
I couldn’t agree more! LMR is my go to place! I once ordered front sway bar brackets and only received one. Just minutes after talking to customer service I received a tracking # and a couple of days later received a new pair of brackets! Thanks LMR!
I had a lower shift boot tear on me just a few months after installing it. I reached out to LMR and they sent me a new one right away. They have the best customer service.
This is 💯💯 Truth! I ordered flowmaster super44 cat back and one of the hangers was welded on the wrong side of the tailpipe. Reached out to LMR and Tyler from customer service jumped on this issue like a dog jumps on ribeye steak. He shipped me the correct tailpipe and i shipped him back the faulty one. LMR is my number one stop for parts 👍🏼

Just bought Koni shocks+struts (on sale) from summit since shipping is free to Canada with orders over $300. Lmr needs to offer a similar deal.
Given that you can get cheap shifters for $30 I’m guessing LMR pays about $15 for their economy shifter. It wasn’t worth it to just send the adapter.
Yes but Shipping/duty/tax etc to Canada is not cheap either. All that said, it’s the principle and the values they operate on that really impresses me
