    Both my guns, I've been running my lV2 for 2 weeks, have not had a single problem. That cannot be said of the two guys who go to my field who run the Lux, I personally seen those guns go down multiple times. I've used one for a game, and it was incredibly smooth, but both of those guys said they wouldn't buy it again.

      @@zerofox2967 there's more to a marker than "how it shoots." But if that's the only judgement criteria you value then sure, not worth it.

    • @zerofox2967
      @zerofox2967 2 года назад

      @@axledog7297 That is true and I don't judge every marker off how it shoots. But it does sell to certain people, like myself. There are other factors that I take into consideration when picking a marker. I'm lucky enough to have a shop near me that let's me test markers before purchasing. I tested and tuned a LV2 yesterday at the shop and ended up taking it home. Had it tuned to a super smooth shot in less than 200 rounds. Using 2nds paintballs with the blue insert, it was ball on ball action. The owner of the shop was even out back enjoying the feel. I've had a few lv1.6 and could never get them tuned just right to my liking. I don't know if it's the fact that it actually came with a proper bore size or the little extra weight..?? I know a lot of people will say it's the same marker mechanical. True with moving the lpr in the grip. Lv1.6 had a snappier shot even with the heavy ram. I had to get it in my hands to see if their was any tangible improvement. I wish they would of kept opto switch. But its what ever.

    • @axledog7297
      @axledog7297 2 года назад +2

      @@zerofox2967 One must achieve equivalence if you're going to compare how the 1.6 and 2 shoot....SFR position and dwell time matter. An astute user will observe that the 1.6 was over-dwelled from the factory, and that condition was removed with the 2 by lowering the factory dwell from 11.5ms to 9.5ms (same solenoid). The only variable at that point that won't be equivalent is the valve pressure, thanks to the 2's larger chamber. That gives the 2 a slightly quieter shot, but I noticed no other difference when comparing. They're both plenty smooth for today's hyper-sensitive player.

      I’m just getting back into the game after like 15 or so years away . I wasn’t serious before because I didn’t have a lot of money but … the TM40 seems to be the winner .
      Tool less breakdown, air is straight up into the main part of the gun vs through the trigger guard and up .
      And it has the mechanical option too . Win win
