    After watching this video you will learn how to conquer the fear of rejection & feel empowered to actually go seek it out. I have been rejected by dozens of women throughout my life and made 50k cold calls in my sales job so I don’t care about rejection because I have come to accept it as an important component of our human experience.
    Evolutionary psychologists believe it all started when we were hunter gatherers who lived in tribes. Since we could not survive alone, being ostracized from our tribe was basically a death sentence. As a result, we developed an early warning mechanism to alert us when we were at danger of being “kicked off the island” by our tribe mates - and that was rejection.
    In today’s video I will share with you a new way to conquer rejection, it’s a 3 step framework that I have learned based on experiencing thousands of rejections first hand
    Seek out rejection (if you do not ask you never receive, why you would want to receive in the first place. if you want to be respected in every room you walk into, then you need to earn people’s respect, you only earn respect from doing things other people view as difficult, starting a business for example. Other people have everything you want. You do not make money, you take money. Seek out opportunities to take money, this will result in rejection. Making cold calls for example
    Be indifferent toward rejection. In the wolf of Wall Street he talks about picking up the phone to solve all of your problems. You thinking there is a problem with rejection is the problem. Dealing with rejection well is a matter of survival.
    Supreme confidence about your ability to produce in the future - people are naturally in conserve mode, they save bc they won’t believe they can get more in the future, it’s scarcity thinking, saving food is scarcity, being jealous towards others success is scarcity.

      I can see where you're coming from, but for me it's the opposite 🙊 - the earlier I get hung up on or told no, it takes away a lot of the edge or anxiety (the worst has passed), and I feel more at ease making the rest of my calls.

    I have a question:
    I'm based out of Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada.
    I noticed that most of the best known companies and software sales jobs are US based. Many of them usually say "Remote-US" in job postings, and "Remote-California", "Remote-Austin" Etc.
    I'm wondering if I would still be eligible to apply for those positions since they are remote and I am in a similar time zone? Or are there legal/tax/other barriers preventing this since I am not a US citizen/resident?
    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hey Trent wanted an honest opinion. Think I can break into saas without a college degree or while working to get one.. thanks for all the videos!!!

    • @FuzZionHD

      You don't need a college degree to work in SaaS, but it may help make you look more desirable.
      Source: I don't have a degree, I work in SaaS as an SDR

      @@FuzZionHD thanks for the feedback I was seeing a lot of college degree required

    • @FuzZionHD
      @FuzZionHD 2 года назад

      @@bkkev8147 general rule of thumb with requirements is to try have 80% of what they are asking. The perfect candidate doesn’t exist, and hiring managers are always willing to look past certain things so long as you fill around 80% of requirements. There obviously are some hiring managers that will want the degree, but most managers are looking for transferable skills you’ve picked up from other jobs. SaaS is a high communication based job, if you have experience speaking with people on a professional level, that is a transferable skill set that most hiring managers would love to see
