Mastering communication at this level goes beyond clear speech-it's about cultivating empathy, encouraging dialogue, and articulating ideas in a way that inspires action and trust.

I think it’s the tone of the voice, gesture and how we speak that determines. It’s also empowering to say I don’t know. I have lots of respect for leaders or anyone that can confidently says I don’t know.
The key ingredient is authenticity, reliability and confidence. I’ve done a video based on my experience of 20+ dealing with C Level customers. Great content and congrats on your light 💡
Yes when they start to communicate initially they need to organize their thought in such away what they think in their mind come out of the mouth at once and if they keep practice over it for along time surely they get rid of the fumble situation where they stuck
My manager who was almost about to get promoted to C position, confidently and firmly let his opinion and disagreement - he was terminated without notice! All these points might be good for inspiration, but doesn’t work in real.
@Kararonin, your videos are always amazing and Educating. Thank you for making them. I'll like to know whether you hold stuff like Twitter space for Speaking Engagement practice, I'm of the view that something like that will also help to consolidate the tips always gotten from your Videos cause actually speaking and putting into practice all the tips is also as good as watching the videos and reading all the materials on effective communication, don't you think?
As always great tips delivered in a succint manner ...thanks for educating the community. Cannot wait for the more deepdive session on the leader's dialogue role and action needed
Your each video is amazing because when you speak without taking break then it seems us a journalist is speaking And most of us had a better time when they were in Job but if you loose the practice of learning English then you will have no idea anymore how to polish it .
This next video will help you to Speak Like a Leader ruclips.net/video/BWFPP2IkV_0/видео.html. If you still want to improve your leadership communication skills, I encourage you to watch it!
Remember, C-level execs are just people too. People with heavy responsibilities and time demands. The best C-level execs know they don’t know everything and are open to receiving useful information and advice whenever possible, particularly from someone trusted who authentically wants to help and who can clearly explain the value of such information. Most people in any position can benefit from candid feedback, and a strong executive encourages it. It pays to develop tactful ways of questioning executive decisions as they are being discussed, specifically on the issues you know best, to become a trusted adviser on that specific area. Speaking Truth To Power.
This will exclude a large subset of phrases/words in the English including Perhaps, Possibly, approximately etc. Will to become a Leader is killing English. When will people speak naturally ?

C-Suite people are employees, too. They have higher ups to answer to. Pay attention to the true power dynamics in your company.

I believe there shouldnt be a template on how C suite leaders need to walk,talk,behave..it should be about getting the job done in a right way.
I hope I can be a better leader outside the United States.
Everywhere it's the same drama. It doesn't really matter which part of the world you are in.
❤❤❤ Sumpah ini keren banget😅

Business is darwinistic. That empathic speech crap is fake.
