First of all i appreciate you how you speak with a good hand gesture it give positive wibe to the listener because in this way it become so easy to speak but mostly when you are surrounded by a lot of people then eye contact while speaking is mattered because whenever one speak the other person with whom you were talking to try to stop you but how to come over him you should know very well.
