I been wanting to learn Korean n Japanese cooking for years now and I just never really find myself to it . Just today I finally look into Japanese mainly n I didn’t know how fast I catch on into their cooking styles n maybe Korean too .. could have kick myself took me this long as I always thought Japanese cooking would be the hardest for me to Learn but is a lot simpler than I thought
Looks so good! I wonder if you could post the measurements and ingredients in the description or in the comments? I think more people would like the video.
Also, you should show how to use the sauce! Put it on some chicken or whatever you use it for at home. It will make people want to try your recipe more 😊
@@buffalojones341 thank you for the comment. The sauce can be used in any grilled or fried meat like beef, pork or chicken. The recipes are already on the description box. I appreciate your suggestion.
Is it a mistype on your video about the garlic paste? Because I saw you put about 3 tbsp of garlic paste in there (1 tbsp at first, then 2 tbsp second), or that just how it is?
In the recipe I used a cooking sake or a Japanese cooking rice wine and mirin is like a sweeter version of sake. Both are always used to a lot of Japanese cooking/ recipes
@@BeckyPi2020 ohh ok thanks for your replying. Unfortunately our side isn't available this ingredients. can I make this recipe without this ingredients YAKINIKU sauce useful or not what's your opinion please guide me thanks
