    Love what you're doing on this channel! Descriptions are super simple and clear and you always give the 'why' behind what you're doing as well as alternatives. You changed my teppanyaki game all the way back on the first video of how to cut veggies and I'm glad you're continuing to make content. Thanks!

    I absolutely suggest trying this.I made it last night and it was the best teriyaki I’ve ever made and my family agrees. It even had a way better smell to it then the other types I had that I bought from the store. This guy knows exactly what he’s talking about and I will be following your other videos going forward ..awesome stuff man keep up the good work and dropping us this knowledge

    Please explain or record a video on using the pineapple or apple or orange in the sauce. I’m allergic to pears.
    Should you use the skin on the Apple or Orange? Are they to be used separately for two different versions? Can I use canned Pineapple chunks? If so how many? Thank you your tutorials. You are appreciated. 😄

    Quick question: How long do you figure the sauce is good to last in the fridge or even out of it if possible? I made it for the first time and it was fantastic! Definitely gonna do this from now on instead of store brand. But I washed out an empty kikkoman teriyaki sauce bottle and stored this homemade version in it and refrigerated it so spitballing, how long do you think it’s typically good to last before you should toss the rest?

    • @thebackyardhibachi
      @thebackyardhibachi  Год назад +10

      Should last 10 days in the fridge no problem. After the 10 day mark give it a quick smell and taste test. Spoiled teriyaki will have small bubbles and smell like sour fruit.
