That roughing call was all home cookin. No head contact at all. The DLineman was completely vertical. He hit the QBs arm as it came forward to release the ball. Where's the foul? In fact, the backpedaling OLman made more contact with the QB than the IU guy did! These roughing calls are turning into an excuse fore refs to serve up home cookin when the homeys need it IMO.
In the first game the roughing call was just because it was a hard hit. If the refs are going to turn it into flag football as far as the QB is concerned, I say let's just do it and be done with it. Put a flag on the back waistband of the QB righ in the middle. If a defender pulls that flag while the QB has the ball behind the line of scrimmage, it is a dead ball, not a sack, ball stays at the line of scrimmage for the next play. I'm serious. That would be better than the non-reviewable judgement calls crap we are seeing now week after week! Or, clarify the rule to say blow to the head, or below the knees only, and make it a reviewable call.
Did you have somewhere you needed to be making this? Checked your watch every 30 seconds 😂

The rest of this season and the future of collegiate and NFL football should just be flag football!
Rourke is a better passer than Richardson.
That doesn’t sound right to say UCLA and Big Ten Opener.
Stop looking at your watch...it is rude.
