    Great job Jo!
To add to this I thought I'd add a little history of the Bradley Curve as it was described to me many years ago. The Bradley Curve was conceived by Vernon Bradley, a plant manager from DuPont. Back in the early 90's DuPont employees were put through the Stephen Covey course based on the famous book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" book. From that experience Bradley noticed a correlation between personal growth of a person and the growth of a company's safety culture and hence, the Bradley Curve was born. The Bradley Curve is still in use today. DuPont Sustainable Solution now called dss+ still performs safety assessments for companies and can place a company on the Curve based on data collected and the Safety Perception Survey.
Again, Good job explaining the curve Jo!

In ortder to understand if your organisation is at inter-depended stage, team work shall be about all proactive aspect besides to recognize a PPE. Is this proper PPE, proper protection level, my chemicals has SDS and I read and apply all requirements on SDS. Is this SDS correct? So I may need to check if it prepared properly etc. In any case good presentation.
