Hi, I love this tutorial! Do you recommend sealing these with a varnish after it's painted? I like the matter or semi-matte look, but not sure what the best varnish is for acrylic paint on air drying clay. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that, from painting perspective, I think perhaps using harder canvas brushes would be better, as the surface is uneven, it should make the painting process easier and with more control. Just thought that this might work a little better 😊 Loving the idea of a pineapple plant pot!

Maria Tsakonas Air drying clay is much cheaper than oven-bake clay! 1kg Fimo air dry clay is about 9 Euro here and Fimo Soft for example is only 56gr but costs 2,65 Euro here!

Silvija I just used these brushes because I love to paint with them! They are so soft and it's nice to work with them!

What was the consistency of your clay like? Was it like resin clay, or like mud clay? Did the clay stick to your hands?
